Excellent in-take. Careful screening for anything out of the ordinary - gives excellent action items for referrals. Followed up by asking many helpful questions to make thoughtful recommendations. I feel that I was seen and heard. Next session is lab work then remediation. On second visit was able to accomplish all labs and get set up for appointments and referrals needed. THANK YOU.

Just plain weird and creepy. I have a PPO which means I can go at any time to ANY primary care doctor or specialist in network at anytime. I do not need to get referrals nor never have to contact my insurance about my doctors. This place insists that, with one of their managers present, your insurance company is called to tell them that your provider at Oak Street is your primary care doctors. WHY? The insurance company could care less and in my 67 years have I ever heard of anything so bizarre at a clinic. I refused to do.this then I get called they insist I SIGN something saying my provider there is my primary care doctor.SIGN SOMETHING Hell no I may switch to a different clinic in the same week if I don't like my provider there suddenly. This is bizarre and creepy they insist you do this.

Not the place to go if you want a Doctor that listens. Told Dr. I could not sleep… so she decreased my sleep medication I had been taken for over 6 years with no discussion. And suggested a sleep app. Can’t imagine if I needed pain medication. If you want corporate doctors who treat you like a number, this is the place for you. Doctors are young and did not connect with my needs. When I asked why, I was told sorry, go somewhere else. Nurses were good, and the front desk. But after that, the drama begins. I literally am sicker because of lack of sleep.

The absolute thing I like best is that the provider listens to you, is concerned about your health and welfare. Will do their best in providing resolutions to your issues or refer you to a specialist. The entire staff is very friendly and they have a nice facility for a relaxing time there. Thank you so far best health care provider near my home.

Mark took very good care of me and my wife. He explained everything in a very understandable manner and we toured your fine facility with him
He helped us with all the paperwork and arranged our next appointment, including transport to and from the office, which is unheard of where we come from

We had high hopes of finding a food clinic and doctor when moving to this area. Oak Street Health provided us with nothing but heartache and misery. It was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment and even more difficult to talk to your provider. No matter what happened or what we needed, the doctor never called. Promises were made but never kept. We talked several times to office manager as well as doctor. Every time we brought op our concerns they said they would be addressed and also acted as if it was first time hearing of it. Both promised to put us in touch with someone higher up to help us. Never happened. Then today I get a call out of the blue from Jheris and she acted surprised when I said we no longer wanted to come to that clinic. Seriously? The misery you put us thru should be the first clue. The lack of customer service should be the second. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, etc... I could post particular details but won't bother because they will just refute what I am saying and try to lie themselves out of it. If you want decent help for a senior person in your life, do not bring them to the Tempe location. I promise you it won't be what they say.
