Dr Fiel and his staff are professional and dedicated, always treating the patient as an individual. That might be why it occasionally takes a couple of weeks to get in with the provider of your choice but they always get you in for urgent needs.

The lady who calls from their dispensary is extremely rude, and sometimes they forget to call you back. Claire Regnitz and Dr. Fiel himself are fantastic though, so the office gets kicked back up to 4 stars for me despite the first two flaws.

I absolutely adore Dr. Fiel and his staff. They are patient, kind, and have a great sense of humor. Dr. Fiel is constantly reviewing the latest technology to help his patients and hopefully avoid surgery. Interns tell me he is the best teacher! To me, that means a lot! I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Fiel has the best attitude and care for his patients. He pays attention to his patients, asking questions, making suggestions, and laying out what may happen. He deals with everything real time and I cannot recommend him more.

I have used this office for about 4 years. My interactions with the medical staff have always been pleasant, however more recently my interactions with their billing department have been a nightmare.

Their billing department failed to properly code an insurance claim, and has not be resolved for 3 months. I have contacted the billing department multiple times to get this resolved both by phone and over email, and have been told it will be taken care of and will be sent to a manager to be resolved. The lack of follow up and negligence is unfortunate to say the least as I am still dealing with this issue.

While the medical staff is great don't risk dealing with their nightmare of a billing department.

UPDATE:
The billing office staff notified me that the issue was resolved. I then got another bill. I am done with this place and will continue to advise against them.

Claire is very professional and knowledgeable. I don't like women doctors
but she is an exception. She was very thorough and easy to understand.
I would have preferred to see Dr. Fiel, but he was all booked up.
Dr. Fiel has been my doctor for over 20 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. He has always fixed what has been broken, quickly.
Dr. Fiel is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very thorough and
explains the process well. He is very personable which his hard to find in
a lot of doctors. He sometimes sends in student doctors prior to the visit
to help them learn and understand. Then he assesses what the student suggests and walks them through what they did right and what they need to work on. Then he provides his regular exam and questions.
It's going to be very difficult to find another doctor when and if he retires.

There aren't too many businesses you can say you have never had a disappointing or negative experience with after 20 years, but Dr Fiel and all his staff are exceptional. They go above and beyond to take care of you. They not only care about your medical health, they care about you as a person. THAT is very RARE these days. They have always been there for me when I need them. Dr. Fiel, Claire, and all their nursing staff are caring and take the time to listen and make sure you understand everything. I can't imagine having anyone else take care of me and my family.

The team at Fiel Family are my friends. They take good care of me when I am ill and speak to me in a way I can understand. I don’t have difficulties getting in to see them, I don’t wait long to be seen when I am there and everyone is so very professional and polite, everyone. Claire is so awesome! Dr. Fiel is totally cool and I love each member of his staff. They have always been there and have always treated me like a family member. I love them!
