Cheryl changes the time sheets and adds hours to the reported hours by workers for the days they are off. She collects the money from insurance for herself during the times that no services are provided. She is on top of her accounts until you confront them for stilling money from the poor workers who are doing the work.

This lady Cheryl is very nice and friendly just to get your business then she starts to cheat on the time sheets and as soon as you catch her, everything turns out to be a very honest mistake. She changed the hours on time sheets, and called it "a mistake" when she short pays the employee, she promised to reimburse him, and guess what? She gets disappeared. She thinks our parents are easy to cheat and she gets to abuse the people who are servicing our elderlies.
