My cane was delivered to my home. I picked up a heating pad.

5⭐️ - Location It has stores, restaurants, great coffee store right by it. Waiting for your driver at the coffee store was a pleasant experience.
5⭐️ - Staff. Phone and in person receptiveness, was polite and accurate.
2⭐️ - My cane took over 2 months because the communication between my PCP and this company was not timely.
3⭐️ - Heating pad, took 2 weeks, came in one size and there really wasn't a need to come to the store but they asked me to come to the store. That wasn't necessary.
1⭐️ - Comfort. No toilet access and hard chairs to sit while waiting. It was painful for my back.
5⭐️ - Product and service availability. My goodness. They have everything.
5⭐️ - Willingness to Serve & Experience. The staff there have been working there for a long time and understand the business and insurance coverage very well. They really love what they do.
4⭐️ - Language competency. They have multiple language speakers. Immigrant friendly.

I attached photos of the coffee store across the street. Their coffee is delicious. Good place to wait for your driver.

Review for A to Z Royal Medical Supply

I am a student at JWS, and my school ordered scrubs for me from A to Z Royal Medical Supply. Unfortunately, the size was incorrect. When I called to request an exchange, they assured me that I could come in at any time to swap the size. However, when I arrived at the store, their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.

They originally stated that exchanges were allowed if the size was incorrect, but when I went in to make the exchange, they treated me poorly and made the process unnecessarily difficult. This was a complete waste of my time and money. A business should value its customers and honor its commitments.

I highly recommend avoiding this place and shopping somewhere that respects its customers and provides better service. Very disappointing experience.

I am unable to stand up or walk due to degenerative arthritis. My doctor prescribed through Medicare a motorized wheelchair a few years ago. It took four months to get it but it finally arrived. Earlier this year, the battery died and the foot rest broke off. This was six months ago. I've gotten no support from A-Z at all except two trips to my place to tell me I need a need a new battery. I already knew that. So basically they accepted the money from Medicare to delivery the chair but wash their hands of it even though Medicare told me they are responsible for maintenance. This was prescribed by my doctor. Would a pharmacy still be open if they refused to fill it for a fully insured disabled man. I turn 68 in a few weeks. It would be nice if I could leave my building for the first time in six months. Where I live in San Francisco is very hilly. Without motorized transportation I can’t make medical appointments or make plans for surgery that my medical team wants to do? Is this what I deserve? I worked my first job in 1970. Shame shame shame! I live alone and will probably die that way. There’s no excuse in America for tax dollars supporting ignoring seniors for profit.

If I could give zero multiple times I would. In fact maybe I will. These people delivered a bed to my dad. It was too short but they said they didn’t have a longer one. He began getting sores on his feet and so the doctor prescribed a longer bed. They then said that they delivered an extension kit. LIARS…….. they also delivered my dad’s bed with a used mattress and was suppose to bring a new one, NEVER DID. Lyft is falling apart, they say they came out for repairs…. LIES……When I call they never speak clear enough English to get a clear understanding and always say they’ll call you back……MORE LIES….i asked them to show me the invoice they have because mine doesn’t say anything about an extension kit……. They’ll call back……. I’M STILL WAITING…..

One of the worst business experiences I've had in 60 years.

After I've forgotten how many calls back and forth between them and my primary care doctor, they called my doctor's office and said that they hadn't been able to get in touch with me and they had a Medicare Hospital Bed approved for me but they needed to get in touch with me because it was scheduled for delivery in 4 days. My doctor's office called me and I immediately called A to Z. This was on a Monday. They scheduled to deliver on Thursday morning and told me everything was approved by Medicare and Medicaid so I would not have to pay anything. Hot dog, at last I'd have a comfortable bed and I could elevate my poor painful legs and have a decent nights sleep as my at one time fantastic bed was shot because it was about 40 years old and had just given out.

On Wednesday a good friend came and hauled the extra wide king bed to the dump. I slept in a sleeping bag on the hard floor which was sort of rough but knowing that the next day I'd be having wonderful dreams in my brand new bed with my poor legs elevated at last.

Thursday morning, with my old bed space vacuumed up, the old lumpy broken bed gone to the dump and a smile on my face, I was ready for the new bed to arrive. Then the phone rang.

Then the phone rang. It was A to Z Royal Medical Supply and they told me that they were not going to deliver the bed. Medicare had not actually given approval for the Hospital Bed after all!

I told them I was a 77 year old handicapped man who could not sleep on the floor tonight and they either had to bring me something to sleep on today or pay for a motel room until they got me something. She said there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to the owner and she said I'd have to call back. I did call back and spoke to the manager who said that there was nothing that they could do because Medicare didn't approve it. When I said I was told 4 days ago it was approved she said a mistake had been made and she was sorry but nothing could be done about it now. When I said someone had to do something about it, a 77 year old handicapped man cannot sleep on the floor she again said that there 'was nothing she could do. I said OK, I will have to take this to small claims court and she coldly said, go ahead. I would recommend that you avoid A to Z Royal like the Plague.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in 73 years. The wheelchair foot brace broke within the first month and now the back is falling off. Several calls and 6 months later and they have not yet fixed the chair. I go for my second operation on Monday with the defective wheelchair still not very functional. Friday I waited all day and late in the afternoon a gentleman arrived without any of the items needed for the repair. He said he would be back today(Saturday). I called A to Z about 2pm to make sure he was coming today because of my operation on Monday. They called back and said he would be here today, well it is after 7pm and still no repair person and still a broken chair. Medicare should find a company that is reputable. This company should not be in business.

The mattress was shorter than the bed frame and so slippery that we had to stuff pillows around it to be safe.
The quality of the mattress was way too soft to support the back of the patient and did not fold in sections, so was useless if raising the head of the bed.
The delivery service was 5 star as I hope the return service will be.
