The physical atmosphere is one of openness and cleanliness. There is staff constantly present and willing to help you. Food is decent. Cigarettes. Patients are many. Drugs occasionally make their way in but you don't have to use them. There is WiFi and u can use your devices. Groups are not mandatory but are recommended.

If you want to live in a place with bad medication management, bad quality of life, and no progress as far as mental health this is the place to be. The owners only care about if they are net positive for the month and don’t care about the clients. Several clients at the facility have went missing and later come up dead. Two clients who have lived there have ended up dead due to neglect of either a Med Tech or mental health worker. Also they let people work there under the influence and use alcohol. Employees have been reported sharing marijuana with clients as well. I’m surprised this place is even open because of all the violations committed there. Medicine is always missing and sometimes for weeks clients are not getting medicine but they fake their med passes and just say everyone got their meds when they really have not. I would never send anyone to live here.

My daughter moved to this facility in early February 2022 and now is missing from the facility since 3/12/22. Her name is Jessica Ramos. Others have snuck out at night. The facility does not return calls regarding safety. It is in a high drug use area.

She was found and will not return. She is in a safe place now.

My mentally/intellectually disabled sister was at this facility for less than eight months, and in that time she had access to hard illicit drugs, was beaten by a violent roommate, and was negligently dropped at a hospital for an appointment without any supervision; it took three days to find her again. If you have any other options available, use it.

Jet and his maintenance team have turned the look of this facility around. From the very first time I was there to the last time I was there there has been significant improvement to the entirety of the building and property.
