I've been going to Dr Karam for almost 10 years now. He never once failed me as a patient. I don't know how he remember the things he does. I recommend him for anyone looking for a doctor.

9/20/24 - So glad I NEVER have to deal with these people again. Just called to confirm they got some forms I left, and Lisa was rude to me AGAIN... and for the LAST TIME!
She should NOT be answering the phone since she obviously hates people. Sorry to make you do your job. People can hear when you slam the phone down on your desk
Looking forward to having a new doctor that has pleasant office staff.

Lisa in the office is RUDE! Does not let you finish talking and gets very snippy. You can't even speak to Dr Karam if you call. Very disappointed at the way things are being handled there lately.
For the record... We love Dr Karam, but when a patient is having a problem or a possible reaction to meds, they deserve to be able to speak to their doctor and not be put on hold mid sentence by his staff.
10-25-22 Well, just called the office to ask a question and got cut off mid-sentence AGAIN by Lisa. This woman just doesn't get it. She should NOT be answering phones and talking to patients. Oh, BTW, not EVERY person who is sick has COVID. Geez... try listening.

Dr Karam is a excellent physician. He spent a lot of time with me going over my history and had a list of suggestions. I received a call with blood work results and the MD recommendation. I had a follow up question that I never got a call back on. I called the office back and spoke the LISA who was rude and had a attitude with me. I can see I'm not the only patient she has talked to with disrespect i hope he handles her.

Three generations of my family are or were patients of Dr. Karam for a total of 10 patients. Dr. Karam is a very experienced physician who truly cares about the health and wellness of his patients. He takes the time to listen to his clients' issues and carefully explains the plan of treatment/action. He has a great staff who is efficient, caring and very responsive.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Karam for around 5 years now. I never even wanted a primary care dr. until my husband told me how much he liked him, so I decided to go to him too. He really listens and he is personable. He has a way about telling you something you don’t want to really hear, like you need to lose a few pounds, without making you feel bad about it. He also talks in detail about possible solutions that would work within your lifestyle. I’ve never really felt compelled to write a review about a doctor, but he really is that great!!!

My partner and I have been patients of Dr. Karam for about seven years. I have found him to be personable and proactive. His staff is very helpful. Whether you are in for a check-up or an illness they know who you are, are asking about your family, and making sure you get the best care. They work with you with your insurance company (if they take the insurance) and try to be transparent. I always find Dr. Karam to be reasonable and available for a conversation via email or phone. I can't rate him or his staff any higher.

Best Family Practice I have ever went to and could not recoomend enough. Dr. Karam and his staff are phenominal. Dr. Karam has great bed side mannar and is extreamly knowledgable as well as easy to talk to. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I am typically prone to one accident every 1-2 years and they were always able to get me in to see him in a timelly manner to be evaluated.
