Having read the couple negative reviews I find it hard to think they went to the same place that I did. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was seated for a few minutes until the measurement room was available. The lady that did my measurements was friendly and explained everything to me.
The business was very clean and not cluttered. Thank you Abigail’s for your great service and cheerful staff.

Rude. Drove 20 minutes to shop at their store because of “friendly staff”. No mention anywhere about closed on Labor Day etc. Walked through door and woman put her hand in my face and said “we’re closed, I forgot to lock the door”. I said “uh , ok ….” and she turned her back on me. Couldn’t care less I probably needed something for my ailing, elderly parent. I was just an annoying interruption in her floor sweeping. Thanks for the kindness and humanity ! Oh what NVM - none displayed.

I inherited my grandfathers solid oak desk chair that was made in 1936. I could only sit in the chair for about an hour before my butt started to hurt. I went to Abigail's Medical Supply to see what I could do. Abigail herself waited on me. I explained the situation to her. I was very impressed with her knowledge about different medical supplies and solutions she offered me. I decided to buy the seat cushion she showed me. What a difference the cushion made. I can sit in the chair for hours now. I highly recommend Abigail for you medical supply needs. Abigail is Professional and knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience. Called and asked if they could wait until their closing at 5 because I hurt my foot and needed crutches and they laughed and said sure. They did not stay open until 5.

I am from out of the area and needed to talk to someone about my cpap machine. Abigail's ad emphasized their cpap capabilities so I went there, only to find they don't service, supply, or do anything with cpap machines. Not even friendly. Very disappointing.
