My Dad went to this reopen emergency room ,with chest pain and high blood pressure. We had to wait that was ok is the same in every hospital. My Dad is a diabetic and he didn’t had lunchI had to tell the nurses to check his level because he was feeling funny . They did and it dropped. I had to ask for something to eat because they didn’t offer or worry about his level the nurse just left. My dad went to the bathroom and they didn’t hook him back on to the vitals machine or blood pressure cuff. I waited an hour and nothing . I had to asked again!! if they can rehook him . The nurse asked my dad do you want me to hook you up. ? ok so they discharge my dad after 6 or 7 hours. One nurse went in and took out the iv needle and say your ready to go I had to tell her he’s still had all those cables they said oh he can take them home , I told them he still hook to the machine is he taking that too? The other nurse pull his oxygen light out and cut his finger deep with a ring or finger nail and she just walk out as if nothing occurred. This was a really bad experience. And I overheard the male nurse talking to another patient and told her if it was me I wouldn’t come to this hospital go to banner, now I know why.
