This building is so beautiful and makes you feel like you’re walking into modern medicine and not a scary dentist office. Everyone there was extremely friendly. The front desk ladies are always smiling and act like they actually are excited to be there and will even wish you a good evening! My dentist Dr Hardin was through, kind and explained everything to me. He even held conversations with me about my husband so I didn’t feel like I was at the doctor and took my pain seriously. Ash (the assistant) was also extremely thorough and kind. She was always checking up on me and making sure I was still doing alright and also made me feel like I was amongst peers and not at the dentist getting work done. This place is awesome and I’m excited to get my husband in here as well!

This place is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly. The staff actually listens and cares about any concerns you may have. They get the job done quick and easy. The people at the front desk are amazing as well. I had to bring my nursing baby with me to my appointment and the lady at the front desk was so sweet she held my crying baby for me so I could get my check up done. I've been to lots of different dentist's in the past and this place is top notch.

This was my first visit to Abundant Dental, and I'm impressed. The staff is very kind and patient. Even though it was REALLY busy, I felt cared for and knew what they were doing. They offer a lot of good advice and give a plan of action if you need more than just a cleaning. I'm excited to continue with them. How often do you hear someone say they are excited about going to a dentist?! Highly recommend them.

This place is amazing 🤩 I almost never rave about a dentist office; I always just figure they are doing their job. But this office, from front desk to providers to office manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND on my recent cleaning to check in with me, explain terms, and offer tips for optimal dental care. I'm excited to have found such a great team!

I Called night before flying out town for emergency dental appt chipped tooth. They got me right in and out and was able to make my flight with a repaired tooth. Entire staff and Dentist and on call dentist were friendly courteous and professional. My best experience at a dentistry by far! So thankful I was able to make my flight and not have a chipped front tooth on my vacation. Highly recommend this place

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Abundant Dental, and I want to warn others about what happened to me. I scheduled an appointment on February 3rd for February 12th at 5:30 PM—the soonest they could fit me in due to my work schedule. I sent in my insurance card and personal information, and I received a text response saying, “Perfect, thank you.”

When I arrived at 5:30 PM on February 12th, I was told there was no appointment scheduled. Yet, all my information and insurance details were in their system. This was my first time visiting, and I had left a work meeting early and driven 30 minutes just to be told I wasn’t on the schedule. I had been dealing with a painful cavity, and this felt like a complete slap in the face.

When I brought up the issue, one of the dentists—a woman wearing gold earrings and a gold necklace—was rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she made the situation even worse with her attitude.

I will never schedule with Abundant Dental again, and I recommend anyone considering them to think twice. This experience was a waste of my time, and I left feeling disrespected and unheard.

This place has never let me down. I almost want to cry every time I leave this office because I’ve had such terrible experiences at other offices in the past. It’s given me horrible dental office anxiety. So bad that I’ve put off dental work for years. I am extremely sensitive and other dentists have treated me like I was overreacting or thought it was just anxiety. The dentists at Abundant Sugar House take me seriously and didn’t stop giving me shots until I was actually numb. I’m almost 40 and I never thought I would find a dentist who made me feel comfortable. Finding a good dental office is really life-changing for those of us who struggle. They offer a discount plan which really helps me out.

This location is super close to where I live and I really think Dr. Schultes is great! She's super kind, funny, and did a great job.

My review is about the teeth whitening they sold me. Before I purchased I explained that I had very sensitive teeth and could not use bleach. It's supposed to be left on for 30-60 minutes. Within 10 minutes my gums started bleeding and my teeth started hurting. I left a message with the office to explain what happened and ask for a refund or a partial refund.

They called me today and told me that it's not bleach, but hydrogen peroxide. They then made it seem that it had to be something I was allergic too. I've done hydrogen peroxide whitening before many times and never had a problem. The only time I've ever had a problem is with bleach. He then said that it isn't for sensitive teeth which I was startled by since I specifically said that I couldn't use that. I called the company and they told me it's not bleach, not hydrogen peroxide but something in the middle. Either way it was painful and expensive.

I trusted them to not sell me something that would hurt my teeth and gums. And because not only did they, but then blamed me for the bad reaction it is not somewhere I will go back to.

If you have sensitive teeth DO NOT buy their whitening kit.

The office is in a beautiful area, convenient parking. The staff, dental assistants, hygienists and doctors are very friendly and kind. Dr Cook is one of the best dentist along the Wasatch Front. He listened to all my concerns and allowed me to lead in creating my dental plan. He is even willing to talk to and work with previous dentists. I highly recommend Abundant Dental Care of Sugar House.

Everyone at Abundant was super friendly and down to earth—it honestly felt like I was just hanging out with friends.

I had a different dentist in SLC before, but their hours didn’t really work for me. Abundant offered to redo my recent x-rays and exam for free just to make sure everything was up to date, even if insurance didn’t cover it.

My dentist, the hygienists, front desk, and office manager were all awesome. Definitely a 5-star experience. (Sugarhouse location)
