Doctors and practitioners are great here, top notch care! The big improvement needed is the phone system. Huge hold times before you can talk to a person, you cannot be transferred to your doctor or team member, and the call backs are slow to come.

First time patient. Friendly staff. I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork (there sure was a lot). My appointment was 11:30.I was seen by Katie Wall ON TIME which I really appreciated. Katie was friendly and very thorough. She asked many questions and was extremely thorough. I received great feedback and she explained clearly and patiently what my physical condition and needs were. We are moving forward and I have clear direction and confidence my treatment will be successful. My upcoming appointments scheduled are in a timely manner not a long wait

I'd give less than one star if possible. Academic Urology are thieves. They refuse to return my $500 refundable deposit even though insurance has paid out 100% of my responsibility on 5/24. They're practicing insurance fraud.

He may be good at what he does but his bed side manner sucks. He comes in the room for just a few seconds and then leaves, And then has the nerve to charge you. I guess he thinks we are all rich, That's all i got to say about him..........He's in it for the money, He dont care about you or anyone just the money......Good luck..........
