I have brought my daughter here for almost 8 years, and there have been several things I don't agree with. Fortunately for this office there aren't many local dermatologists. At one point they were keeping injections that my daughter would receive, that I had purchased. Apparently they would use them as samples for other patients. Another incident occurred in which I once left a card on file for a copay. Well, they not only got my copay, they also charged me more than triple my copay for charges I did not authorize nor sign for. Beware of this dermatology office.

Was a patient here since Dr. Jones/Mora owned the place. I don’t normally miss appointments but I recently had brain surgery and my memory is bad. I mixed up my days and when I realized, I called to apologize and reschedule. The person on the phone said, “well, we’ll be charging your account $20”, I haven’t been there in some time and was told I’d be a new patient, so what account? I told her that it was an honest mistake and that her treatment is a great way to lose patients. I informed them I wouldn’t be paying $20 and wouldn’t be coming there, there was no agreement or forewarning of any such bogus policy.

Friendly and professional staff! Peaceful environment- Dr. Coleman is very professional and friendly. They always answer any questions I have and explain the process. Another perk is that they take Care Credit- if y’all don’t know about CC it’s a zero percent interest credit card.

Amazing staff! They walked me through my treatments and assured me I would be well.taken care of. They also made sure I had all the info I needed. Never pushy.
