I walked into the urgent care and was told there was about a 3-hour wait. They offered to schedule me an appointment later in the day, which I accepted. However, when I returned for my appointment, I was informed there would still be a 2-hour wait. If and when I finally get seen, it will have been about 6 hours since I first walked in. Had they informed me there was a chance of another long wait, I would have just stayed and waited the first time. What’s the point of scheduling appointments if patients still have to wait so long past their scheduled time?

The doctors are great here. I always feel listened to and cared for. My experience with doctors in the past wasn’t good. They act like you don’t know your body a don’t really listen. At Accelerated they listen and take you seriously. I had done the online get in line thing but it was still a long wait. They let me know they were running behind and were honest about my approximate wait time. We needed something to drink during our wait and the staff kindly provided us some water. I’ve been here maybe 4 or 5 times for myself and family members and they have always been good to us.

They were very nice and very thorough. I did not expect to get a recommendation to go straight to the emergency room. I am very grateful for the doctor who read the seriousness of the X-rays and made his diagnosis. He probably saved my life in the end as I had 3-5 broken ribs and a punctured lung with air and fluid filling my chest cavity. Thank you for the care, Dr.

Ive been there twice, first time the doctor was great. He was caring and listened to his patients.
Unfortunately today I had an a terrible experience. The doctor was not caring and he made statements regarding my situation and I needed to get insurance so I could see a specialist. My insurance starts on Feb. 1st. Because of new employment.
I paid for my visit and shouldn't be treated less than because I'm a few days shy of having new insurance.
No one, regardless of having insurance or paying out of pocket should be treated like that. Very unprofessional

I was there at 8:10 pm and the desk lady told me that it was full capacity already when there was 2 people in the lobby. And she thought my insurance was not going to cover on those clinics!!! My daughter was there about 2 months ago and we have the same insurance she had no problem . If she wanted to go home early she should change her work hours that’s why is an urgent care !!

Went yesterday (Thursday) at 8:30 and the office was empty. Front desk was friendly and quick. The nurse who took my vitals was amazing! She was super nice and communicative as well as the doctor he was very thorough with everything and listened to all my concerns.

This is the second time I have came to this place, both experiences have been the same. Waited for 2hour in the lobby than will get pulled to the back and will have to wait again for another hour. I was told the first time in order to be seen faster an appointment is required, well this time I made an appointment and still the same thing. When the Dr or PA comes to the back she says okay did they perform a swab of your throat or any test, I said no then she proceeded to listen to my chest and says okay I’m going to order you some really strong antibiotics that should take care of everything. Well what’s everything if she only listened to my chest and no tests were performed. They didn’t look into my mouth, nose nothing. I don’t know it’s like all that time to be seen for what when they don’t even check you while you’re in person. Then when the Dr was done telling me they will send the orders right over to go to the pharmacy that I listed well the pharmacy I listed was open until 9 I left this place at 9 so it now the pray had to change locations. After the locations had been changed I showed up to the pharmacy and was told I had to wait another hour because nothing has been sent to be filled yet. Nevertheless it’s almost as if they get paid the longer you sit there in the lobby. 3 hours each time that is crazy, I most definitely would not recommend this place at all. For those of you that have great luck with this place I am not sure maybe you have better insurance because for me the wait time has been too long and the service is no good.

I have visited a few Urgent Care facilities throughout, but I have not ever run into one like this.! Not only is the building very, very nice and super clean, but the staff is exceptionally nice and very professional. Dr Dietrich is whom I had the pleasure of meeting. Very personable yet professional. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. Thank you!
