I am so thankful for them in the Lafayette location. They are always great to help me with all my needs. They know exactly what I need and what will work. They take the time out and help all your needs from insurance to fitting to just educating you on your equipment. Very knowledgeable staff and so polite to visit. Always smiling.

I was in need of a new breathing apparatus for myself. It’s by only available by prescription and I was having a hard time locating one.
I called them and they said that they do carry them.
I arranged for my doctor to fax them over a script.
When I got there I was greeted by a friendly woman named Tammy. She got me what was ordered. I had a few questions about my nebulizer and the sterilization of it.
She printed me out a copy of the instructions for cleaning it properly.
Then a man named Jim came out and explained more about it to me.
Super nice people and very very helpful.
When I was waiting I browsed through the entire items that were on hand.
I’ll admit, I didn’t know that this place existed. But now I do and if anyone has a question about a place that has respiratory supplies, I’ll know what to tell them.

Access Respiratory Homecare was truly a life saver for me. I traveled to Lafayette Louisiana without all the parts needed for my medical machine. They were able to provide what I needed. AND, the staff was gracious and kind. They gave me great detail directions. They were professional and knowledgeable.

The Lafayette store has saved us TWICE now!! We live in Houston but have forgotten parts of our sleep gear and turned to the staff for assistance. Everyone is so helpful in getting us setup right. Love this store and team!!
