We were having trouble finding a good label for our C19 vaccines; tried a few different methods then heard about these labels a sister hospital was using for their MD C19 & insulin. Took a look at the labels that are a big flag but w/ smaller labels that are put on each dose from the vial, and the labels are good quality! The printing quality on this printer is great, super clear barcodes & nurses haven’t had any trouble scanning.

Do not spend money on this company’s printers. The fancy 600X model they tout as a wonderful tool for hospitals to print multi flag labels is garbage - you won’t have the ability to edit your own templates which totally defeats the purpose of buying any sort of barcoding printer. They’ve kindly offered to charge us $1K more for a different version of the software that would allow editing which is laughable as it should be a basic function that comes with the over priced printer. The other option is to have one of their techs work on templates for you which takes weeks to turn around going back and forth sending them pictures of what the test prints look like and dialing in minor template adjustments to get it to print right. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DON’T BUY FROM THEM! I wish I had read a review like this before my hospital spent the $$$.

Great barcode printer & labels, better quality than other labels out there. Our rep. is always available, even outside of normal hours (as we go in starting at 6AM EST). IT can be hard to reach sometimes, but our rep. always answers emails quickly, lets us know we are in que, and checks on us the next day to make sure IT got whatever it was resolved. Would recommend!
