I had a terrible experience with the Worcester office. The lack of communication I experienced is beyond words. Having worked in the medical field myself, I would be embarrassed by the lack of service I received and the amount of empathy expressed by the office staff. This in no way has any reflection on the home workers themselves, they were all personable and willing to help in any way. I would not recommend this company because of the way my case was handled. I never received calls when schedules changed and when I did call to complain, there was no one available to Take my call and messages were never returned even by the C.O.O. I rated this company a one , but if I had the option it would be below zero. I give Ace Medcal Services a huge thumbs down.
