I recently ordered my breast pump through Acceleron, and just two weeks before my due date, I decided to return it and upgrade to a better model. From start to finish, JEFFREY QUEDADO, the customer care specialist, went above and beyond to assist me. He guided me through the entire process, ensuring that my new pump arrived well before my baby’s arrival. Jeffrey was not only incredibly helpful but also incredibly patient and understanding throughout. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out, and I can’t help but wish every customer service experience was as exceptional as the one I had with him. I’m so grateful for his help!

It was so easy to order my breast pump, and it arrived in a timely manner. Acelleron then continued to check-in with me to make sure I knew how to use my pump, provide tips for successful pumping, etc. And perhaps best of all, they also reached out to make me aware that my insurance covered spare/replacement pump parts, which I would not have known otherwise. They then made placing that order simple and straightforward. Acelleron reached out to all the necessary parties for me so that my job was over once I selected my options and pushed a button to place the order. I honestly don’t know if I would’ve gotten it done otherwise, having three children to look after. I highly recommend ordering your breast pump through Acelleron!

So easy to use and quickly delivered to my home. They also reached out to me around 2-3 months postpartum to make me aware that my insurance could cover replacement parts. It was also informative on comparing the different pumps and what percentage my insurance would cover. The whole process was effortless. I also enjoyed a few of the emails they would send about how to use my pump as well as some pregnancy and postpartum tips I actually found helpful.

Was super easy to order my breast pump through Acelleron! Decided I wanted a different pump after original order was place and customer care specialist Joe Pinksten was able to switch that for me. Pump shipped out as early as my insurance would allow and came in a few days (including a weekend). Would def recommend ordering through them! Quick, easy, great communication and they did all of the legwork with insurance for me!

Not sure how this company usually does business, but it is not the way I've ever done business. I ordered a breast pump for my wife that was covered through insurance. Never heard back from them. Reached out to customer service via chat and someone named "Jan" said they were just waiting for UPS to pick up the package but could not send any information to prove that they actually had my order. After saying the order was ready to be picked up by UPS, they asked me to pay for the pump in full because I'm male and pumps can only be ordered for females, even though I provided my wife's insurance information and said it was for my wife. After calling them out on how ridiculous that was, they said it was covered and said it was back to being ready to be shipped. They continued to go back and forth saying they had all the information they needed and then saying they needed to confirm things before they could confirm the order. I gave up and called their number and "Paul" was much easier to work with. They told me the order was in fact ready to be shipped, that the insurance information was already confirmed, and then he provided me a tracking number. I guess their chat service is less capable than their service on the phone, so I'd recommend avoiding it. I will upgrade my review to 4 stars once I actually get the package since the chat experience removed my trust in this company.

Update: Product arrived sooner than expected with no issues. Again, use their phone number for better customer service. Avoid the chat.

Wonderful experience. They originally missed the prescription when I submitted it but with 1 phone call they had it solved in less than 5 minutes. Shipping was quick. From the time I received the approved email to the pump at my front door was less than 48 hours

Joe was so wonderful to work with, he helped me get my breast pump and even advocated to get me breast milk storage bags from my provider! He was so quick and wonderful to work with. This company helped me get maternity supplies (pump and bags) with such an easy process. When I checked in to see if my script was submitted Joe was quick and efficient. Thanks Joe, I appreciate your help!!

Great product and love the suction! My right side I thought I was only ever going to get 2-3 oz but with this P1 pump I get 5-6oz! And 10 on the left! It’s been so helpful I just wish the flange cups were softer and not a hard plastic
