I had been looking for a dentist for several months, I chose Acer Preston after reading the reviews, I need a bit of work doing and from my first consultation with Dr Lucas everything was explained at each appointment and fully costed. I am now on a dental plan and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have also had Aesthetics at the practice with Carla, I didn't want botox just a few tweaks with fillers, again all fully explained and costed with excellent aftercare, Again I couldn't be happier with the results.

I have had sleep apnea for many years and my device had broken. I went to Acer Clinic and they were brilliant! The device came and as expected it was uncomfortable for about a week, (getting better every night) but it was really worth sticking with it as my snoring has reduced significantly and no signs of sleep apnea. I went back a week later as I had problems with an adjustment, but no problem I was sorted out in minutes! I would definitely recommend sleep apnea sufferers to give them a try!

The best dental practice in town. I had a sudden toothache and I contacted Acer dental clinic. The staff was very helpful and made sure I get booked in for an examination as soon as possible. The examination was quick and efficient and my appointment was promptly arranged.

On the day of my appointment, I was called in without delay, and the dentist was warm, genial and a consummate professional. He elucidated the steps involved for my treatment, and kept me comfortable throughout the process. The staff assisting him were equally proficient. I was given very good advice about post-treatment care, and was told I could get back in touch with them any time if I had any lingering issues.

With such impeccable service, I can see why getting an appointment can take time, but I’d rather wait and go here than go to any other dental clinic. Thank you

They hate seeing people walking in !!!

They really need training on customer service, reception staff they have got is very unprofessional, untrained and rude… multiple times had bad experiences but ingnored in the past…. It’s like a BnB for their receptionist.

I had appointment booked called to change it, confirmed 5 times about dates & times they cancelled wrong appointment of mine (different day, time and type) and Double booked the one I wanted to cancelled …. Went in for appointment the receptionist was literally dosed off to sleep. Told me I don’t have appointment, their mistake but no sympathy what so ever (I lost my time at work) specifically told her about my availability for next appointment and she confirmed by repeating it as well telling me about new date, day & time but only to find out half an hour later she booked me on wrong date again!

Not only that apparently they had another appointment of mine booked while day dreaming for today 20 minutes after my original appointment ( previously not sure by who) which she couldn’t see (as I woke her up from sleep when went in) …. Got a message to confirm it was cancelled after I left there as well as she confirmed over the phone when called later.

Had to contact again to get the appointment wrongly booked (by the receptionist) sorted and asked a question why she couldn’t get me in for 14:25 that was booked there (with same dentist) and cancelled it at 14:05 she was very rude and put the phone down on me not even confirmed the appointment she was booking in for me. No harsh words or bad language was used by me (I hope their calls are recorded so they can confirm). I tried calling back no answer!

I am a paying member and have been on there plan for a while but they don’t value their customers at all by the looks of it and don’t like anyone walking in disturbing or even asking simple explanation. Everyone makes mistakes but it needs to be dealt with professionally a simple admit and apologies does not harm but of course they too tired & want to get rid of you so they can go back to sleep in their comfy chair.

Not sure if I’ll be continuing my subscription I like my dentist but reception staff are forcing me to leave!

Lucas are exceptional, has been my dentist for years now. He is professional, reliable and keep high standards within the profession.
Goes above and beyond in order to help and his knowledge is broad and he is able to point out the rigth direction to be taken in whatever treatment is needed

Last week as part of my treatment I had my appointment with Abbas Isaji and again his knowledge and skills are outstanding, I felt respect and heard, he managed my anxiety pretty well and explained everything to me and made sure I was okay!

I visited today for a dental hygiene visit with Scott. I was quite anxious about the appointment as it was for a deep cleaning treatment for gum issues - Scott was absolutely fantastic and put me at ease and carried out the procedure effectively with very little discomfort experienced.
I would definitely recommend him and the clinic generally especially if you are nervous about visiting, very professional and reassuring. Thanks again!
