Had a great first appointment with Megan Reed yesterday. She is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable in the office and was a great listener. My family has a history of diabetes, so she is helping me to prevent that for myself. We did some blood tests and I got a body scan showing my fat and muscle ratios. I think everyone can benefit by working with Megan. The other staff at her office were also great and very pleasant to interact with. A nice atmosphere over all.

Megan Reed was fantastic. Relatable. Understood and acknowledged that patients may not always want to go with Western medicine paths. We discussed alternative ideas for mammograms and more, which I appreciate. She did not make me feel rushed at all.
The only reason this is a 4/5 and not 5/5 is the intake paperwork was frustrating and redundant.

My family has been using Active Family Healthcare for a while now and we love it. My daughter had some confusing health issues and Megan worked with it for as long as she could and then graciously had us pull in some more help. We all got to the bottom of it and she is doing well! I feel supported at this practice for not only my children, but myself as well. Megan is super compassionate and knowledgeable. I know the growth in N Idaho has stretched everyone to capacity, but here I’ve never felt left out to dry. I appreciate all the hard work their office does to return calls and get me in same day if necessary.

We started coming to Active Fam HC last year and I can’t say enough how incredible our experience has been and continues to be. Not only do I feel heard, valued, and important - but I feel we align in making decisions as an informed team when it comes to my own and my kiddos care. There’s room for conversations always, time never feels rushed, and I really value that as someone who “never went to the doctor” I trust this team to handle everything health related and as people I can now consult with when I have questions or need care. Both my husband and I see Megan Reed. We have had a great experience. They are accepting new patients and can even get patients in same day if they need it. We did not have to wait in the waiting room or treatment room for very long at all before Megan came. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
