I cannot praise Active Lynx Medical Supply enough. Both Benjamin and Kobbie understand the meaning of customer service and are not afraid to go above and beyond a minimal effort to assist their customers. I base my review on 2 previous experiences with them and certainly plan to fill any future need(s) for medical equipment with this company.

They went extra miles to help me out. When they knew what i needed was on back order they tried very hard to get me something to use in the meantime. When I told them the one they delivered was not quite working for me. They told me no problem they will order exactly what I need and pick up the one I don’t need when the back order arrives. Two months later they followed through and got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this company.

When I read reviews that customer had a hard time to understand what the guy was talking about, I wanted to share my similar experiences. When I first got a call from the company I also found it difficult to understand what he was saying and later found out when he made the delivery that he had a stroke that got his left arm disabled and unable to speak clearly. However he was working very hard despite of his condition and handle equipment with one arm only and always in good spirits. I regard him highly. His partner can verbally explain things more clearly and called me several times to give me updates in the whole process. I truly appreciate their efforts in helping those in need. 1st of all the guy who answers the phone has NO IDEA of what your talking about when questions are being, ASKED? I was confused if I was even calling the correct place. 2nd he then transferred me to another man, he does have a accent , I explained what was going on, & what I needed, he advise what I should do, I told him OK I will do just that, & I asked him who should I ask for when I call back? he then proceeded to get aggressive & said ANYONE can help you, & I said are you sure because the older man who originally answered had NO IDEA what I was talking about, so therefore who can I ask for or what DEPT should I tell him I need to speak to ? He continued to talk aggressively & said '' Mam ANYONE CAN HELP YOU WHEN YOU CALL"" & I told him ONCE MORE, if you are advising me to CALL BACK with the INSURANCE COMPANY on 3 way I need to know who to ask for, then I asked his NAME, so i can ask for him & he HUNG UP ON ME!!!, I CALLED right back & he answered & I told him again what is YOUR NAME so I can ask for you when I call back with INSURANCE, he then continued with his UGLY RUDE VOICE stating "" Im not going to give you my name'' this man is VERY RUDE & this what you want to call ''COMPANY" is very very UNPROFESSIONAL, I've worked in customer service for many years & NEVER EXPERIENCED anything like this, to the man who 1st answered the phone un-knowledgeable to the other man who just talking aggressively & not want to give out his name wow just wow , please get better, I hope the customers get better SERVICE then what I received

My mother was placed on hospice and the hospital gave like a one day turn around...they got us what we needed to make sure my mom was comfortable when she made it home in a timely manner. Very appreciative

Everytime I asked them when they were coming I never got an answer !! Would have to check with delivery !! I need my stuff today .. No one has returned my calls and it says you hours are from 8-5 !!
