I feel fantastic!!! After years of pain, from surgeries, chronic fatigue, gut problems, massive prescriptions, that caused other problems, diabetes and an inability to lose weight I am finally in a great place. I have so much energy I am exercising again, my stomach doesn't hurt. Aches and pains are massively improved. My blood sugar has gone way down. I was experiencing an overwhelming number of health issues when I first came to Acupuncture & Wellness Center last October. I came here looking for a health and wellness professional who would look at my body as one whole system instead of treating all my symptoms individually. I have an autoimmune disease which causes me a great deal of soft tissue pain and all kinds of systemic issues with sleep, digestion, energy levels, and mental unwellness. My body needs support beyond the pharmaceutical treatment I’m able to receive through standard health care.

The care I’ve received here is just what I need to balance my body’s systems and help it function to the best of it’s ability. I’ve been treated with a high level of individualized care from the first day I came in. Following their treatment and guidance, I started to feel better within a week and since then, my quality of life has continued to drastically improve.

I’ve spent a lot of money and time trying to feel better and perhaps nowhere has it been better spent than here.

I have been visiting this clinic since September. I had a bunch of health issues that have been slowly going away with the treatment from I have been receiving. I am very happy with where my health is heading. I use the herbs daily, acupuncture as recommended as well as the diet plan I was given to reset my gut health. This was a last resort since western medicine practices DO NOT work for me. Have been on many medications as well as hospital visits that were making me more sick.. especially after getting the covid shot. I’ve been a patient of Robert Doane for 9 years. So very thankful to have him in our backyard so to speak. My husband would always ask me, do you need to keep seeing him? My response was, I don’t feel comfortable Not seeing him. Now my husband and my whole family are patients of Bob. During our appointments we’ve seen multiple acupuncturists and doctors come in and out from all over the world to shadow and learn from Robert Doane. I was told by one of the providers from Germany you are very fortunate to have him, he’s quite possibly the best in the world at pulse diagnosis. When meeting Bob he always gives a treatment plan and pricing so there is no shock as to what you’re getting into. Payment plans are also an option. It’s hard for me at this point in my treatment to understand how Robert Doane is offering treatment so affordable. In the beginning, there is that sticker price shock but after seeing and hearing all the amazing stories it’s beyond my understanding as to why this is as affordable as it is. Robert Doane is very straight forward and confident in his treatment and is always willing to work with doctors as well. When receiving my herbs I receive a list of each herb that’s in my formula. Transparency is important to our family. If you value your health and want honesty along with it, this is the place you want to be.

My experience here was not one of healing, it was one of emotional manipulation and false claims. If you are a person experiencing infertility-- or any chronic illness, please be careful when thinking about coming here. Be weary. Ask questions. Look for references to find a reputable provider. I've attached a photo of the treatment plan (to the tune of $4,790.00) I was given after meeting with Mr. Doane for about 30 minutes.

Mr. Doane claimed he could have prevented my miscarriage. Mr. Doane told me I look like I'm 12 years old. He claimed he could cure my rosacea, anxiety, and that I would lose 20+ pounds if I sign up for his herbal treatment plan-- despite me expressing I was interested in acupuncture and not herbs. Mr. Doane also told me there is no money to be made in herbs before handing me an herbal treatment plan that costs thousands of dollars. Mr. Doane did not name one specific herb he would be prescribing and how it would help. These tactics are harmful and exploit folks who are vulnerable and likely going through painful experiences.

I'm feeling so much better, thanks to Bob Doane and his associates. The team there is amazing. Bob is more of an herbalist, even though I have heard he will do some accupuncture, I've yet to have him do mine, he's usually on calls and with patients.
The man is a genius, he's of an older generation, not really old to me being 51, but he reminds me of my grandfather who passed 14 years ago at 84, but he reminds me of my grandfather when he was in his 70's. He's got gentle hands, and he uses them to sense your pulse in both wrists, something NO western medicine folks do.
If you have trauma, like broken bones or need anti-biotics for a flu, by all means, go see a traditional western doctor, but if you are looking to heal yourself from within, to be healthy long term, and get off all those pharmacuticals that western med pushes, you want to see Bob Doane.
I'll say this about price, you get what you pay for. Accupuncture should not be cheap. If your insurance covers you for a once a month visit, then you will want to find another place maybe. But see them first, I don't know all the ins and outs of your insurance.

It should be noticed, they practice indirect accupuncture, if you have a headache they might put a needle in the heal of your foot or for example my left knee was bothering me and so she put needles in my elbows.
My first experience with Accupuncture 30 years ago was like this, I had them from head to toe, but mainly my shins because my issue was related to my liver and digestive track. I also learned from that Chinese Medicine doctor that I needed to eat red meat and had to stop being a vegetarian. Which was difficult for a moment as I had been practicing vegetarian for almost 5 years, but he was right and I got better.
My issues today are autoimmune related and menopausal. My mother had Lupus and died very young because of it. I do not want to die young since I had my son at an older age, I need to live longer in order to see him grow up. I plan on taking herbs from AWC for the rest of my life!
When I first started seeing Bob, the list of ailments was SO LONG... Redness in my face and arms, really bad acne on my face, unable to sleep through the night, constant cravings for sweets and high carb- high sugar foods... aches and pains and migraines treated with NSAIDS... along with nightsweats, feeling hot ALL the time or unable to warm myself at times... just body temps all over the place... bloating and swelling of my waste, fingers, joints etc...
I have only been going for a few months now and I can honestly say I feel much improved, I'm able to exercise, I don't have the cravings for sweets at night, I sleep through the night, if I do get up to P, I fall right back to sleep! I have energy througout the day and although I still need to lose weight, I feel like it is finally possible! And my skin is clear and although I have some redness from broken capilaries, I am not constantly red... I mean, folks used to say I looked flush all the time, I don't need to wear cover up anymore on my face!
I do not have the bloating I used to have either and I use the bathroom regularly... I still have some issues of course but one day at a time.
OH! I almost forgot, Bob does push for an almost "Paleo" diet, meat and green veggies... if you're not trying to lose weight, then he will suggest it, but doesn't "PUSH" it... my husband increased his meat eating and changed a few things, but mostly still eats the same, as we have been a meat and potatoes family for quite some time. I do need to start being more strict with my diet, and will... Right now though I am just happy to be feeling a lot better and feeling hopeful for a healthier me.
