First off, I want to start off the post by saying that I hated needles and I'm still not the biggest fan but Crystal IS AMAZING. She is so professional and knowledgeable and really willing to work with you within your comfort zone. She really takes the time to hear what is concerning you and understands that it can vary based on various factors (weather, time of month, cold/flu season etc) I had daily migraines when I started with Crystal and they would be debilitating and last for hours. Now, maybe I'll get one or two a week and they will not be as severe or last as long. Crystal is also very knowledgeable and skilled in using additional healing modalities such as aromatherapy and magnet therapy. She is really one of a kind. If you've been hesitant to try acupuncture because of a fear of needles, I highly recommend Crystal. I only wish I had come to her sooner

I had my first AcuPUNKture appointment with Crystal today and it was everything I hoped for and more! Crystal patiently explained everything she did before she did it and expertly incorporated crystals, magnets, and essential oils in my acupuncture treatment. Her energy is amazing! If I could rate Crystal 100 stars out of 5 I would every. day. Crystal is the most incredible healer I’ve ever seen. She is thoughtful, caring and an extremely well-educated acupuncturist. I started seeing her when I experienced terrible stomach problems that’s western medicine couldn’t diagnose for me. I was sent to test after test and never followed up with or cared for. I am SO THANKFUL I found Crystal. She spent over an hour during my first visit just going over my medical history, and helped me understand her connection between my different symptoms (my stomach issues, my depression and anxiety issues, as well as childhood trauma factors). I have been seeing her twice a week for 5 months now and feel SO MUCH BETTER than before I started. Her space is very relaxing, with two differently themed rooms. She pays attention to every last detail, from making sure you are warm enough and comfortable during the sessions, to painless treatment. She has a large variety of essential oils which she uses to complement her care. Crystal is so much more than an acupuncturist, she is a true healer. Do yourself a favor and see her!

Crystal is very knowledgeable, friendly and a great acupuncturist! The space is nice and they offer great tea too! Acupuncture has helped me with issues with digestion, eczema & post nasal drip/phlegm. The bonus is it also leaves you with overall general relaxation and aids with stress reduction. Simply lovely.

I went to see Crystal when I had a tooth infection and I was in agonizing pain without the ability to see a dentist. I was amazed when my pain went away almost instantly. I continue to see Crystal now for immune support, stress-management, back pain and any other issues that come up. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to try acupuncture go see Crystal at AcuPUNKture. The treatments are private, very afforable and I felt right at home and so relaxed in the cozy treatment room.

I was skeptical but wanted to be open minded about alternatives to recurring medication and chiropractic options. Crystal is a master of her craft. I started with tension and lingering back pain. As I’ve gone thru the process I’ve mentioned little ailments. I continue to feel better and better.. I’d recommend any open minded person try this service.
