This place operates like an insurance scam.
Went there because that's where my doctor sent me. Almost a year after getting my cpap they are still charging me a monthly rental fee for who knows why. As soon as they know that your insurance will cover more supplies they start calling me all hours if the day and night to sell me replacement cpap masks, filters, hoses, etc. when I don't need any. When I need new supplies I'll order new supplies so stop hounding me.

If you can avoid this company do so if at all possible even if your insurance is suggesting working with them and see if there are any alternative providers for your medical equipment.

My insurance had me go through AdaptHealth to get my CPAP. I was charged $446.19 at my start date in February of 2024. I then received an email in October of 2024 that I have a $542.16 balance due and the invoice is all items from February 2024. In the payment portal there is a payment in the payment history for $446.19 but no documentation as to what it was applied to and just says origin external vendor.

I called in to get an itemized invoice as to what has already been paid for as they are saying I now owe for items from February and after 2 agents and multiple hours on the phone they still have not provided me an invoice that matches the payment and keep sending me one that says $117.99 is the customer payment amount and that they cannot provide me with an invoice.

This has taken me multiple hours to simply get an invoice as to what I have paid for and I STILL don't have it.

How I can be sent an invoice for previous services without being able to provide a statement showing what previous services have already been paid for!?

Instead of that the agent said they had to apply something which updated the payment amount that I have due to $208.04.

It legitimately feels like a scam and I am appalled that my insurance required me to work with a company like this.

I had a really hard time finding resmed cpap machines and supplies but got one here. The NP was awesome, I have no idea how they got 1 star reviews. She patiently explained everything, answered every question. I couldn't have gotten better service without them serving wine and food 😀. I highly recommend this place.

I just got my cpap machine here, I can't speak to any ongoing support or supply yet but I can say the appointment went great. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant, the provider who was with me explained everything well and answered all my questions (and I do ask a lot). She walked me through everything and made sure I could use the machine myself before leaving. The apprentice or trainee who sat in on the appointment was also great to talk to and helped answer some of the questions. Great experience.

My mother is on oxygen 24/7 due to pulmonary fibrosis. She recently became a customer after the company she had been with was no longer working with her insurance.
Getting the initial oxygen delivery was difficult. We did not receive enough oxygen tanks if she chooses, or needs, to do any travel outside of the home despite the request for more tanks.
Her plug-in unit didn't even work for 24 hours before an alarm started going off. It took my father 2 hours and five different phone numbers to talk to someone. A tech was supposed to come out today to service the equipment and never showed up. Their on call service line is supposedly experiencing technical difficulties. Avoid this company if you can, so far they are not reliable. Without constant oxygen my mother will end up in the hospital...or suffocate to death. The lack of service is unacceptable.

My husband has been ordering products from Adapt as the insurance-approved source of Cpap equipment for about two years. The sales people routinely try to upsell offering items he does not use or need. When an invoice arrives it is within a day or two of the payment due date. The invoice is an ESTIMATED amount and is expected to be paid by the due date. A couple weeks later another statement arrives with the ACTUAL amount due which is always lower, (also arriving within a day or two of the due date). I called to ask about the difference between the two amounts and was told that the difference will be applied to the next invoice. That could be 5-6 months away so as the customer my husband has to make a note of this to keep for the next time he orders. This company is a hot mess.

I order my CPAP supply prior a month ago, had calls & reminder in emails, NO RESULT.

Look for alternative, don’t use this company.
