Customer Feedback and Ratings

Customer opinions regarding AdaptHealth New England are predominantly reflected in the 7 reviews available on Google My Business, with an average rating of 1 out of 5 stars. This remarkably low score suggests widespread dissatisfaction among clients, potentially stemming from issues such as poor customer service, delayed deliveries, or subpar product quality. Several reviews may highlight challenges like difficulties in obtaining necessary equipment or unresponsive staff, indicating that the company has not fully addressed these concerns despite its focus on accessibility. For example, some customers might report feeling ignored or receiving inadequate support during the procurement process. Recommendations and Considerations

When recommending AdaptHealth New England to others, it is essential to emphasize the company's core strengths while also addressing the noted drawbacks. On the positive side, as a local medical equipment supplier, AdaptHealth offers convenient access in Hingham and the surrounding areas, along with features like wheelchair accessibility that cater to diverse needs. Their expertise in providing assistive devices can be invaluable for those managing disabilities or health conditions, potentially improving safety and independence. However, given the average rating of 1/5 and the limited positive reviews, it is strongly advised to approach this option with caution. Recommendations include verifying all information through independent sources, such as healthcare providers or consumer protection agencies, and scheduling a direct consultation to assess the company's responsiveness and professionalism. If issues arise, customers should consider filing a complaint or seeking alternatives, as the low ratings may indicate systemic problems. Overall, AdaptHealth could be worth exploring for urgent needs, but it is not ideal for everyone, and individuals should weigh their options carefully, perhaps by comparing other suppliers in the region for a more balanced perspective.

Nonstop calls with no message left, then a mysterious hundreds of dollars bill sent to my email at 2 in the morning with zero explanation. I have not received any CPAP supplies from this company in months, so I have no idea why I am being charged and now have to waste time calling them in the morning, because you can't even disable autopay or change your information online, and there is no information for a customer service email, you have to call them like this is the stone age.

If I could give a negative number, I would. I was a client of Epoch Sleep Centers who sold their resupply division to these people.
I received my machine in January, 2020. In July, I ordered my 6 month resupply, which should've included the tubing. That resupply didn't come with the tubing. When I contacted them, I was informed that they shipped tubing to me in February, 2020, which makes no sense. After arguing with them, they finally shipped the tubing.
I called them today, 10/9/2020 to reorder my monthly supply, which is supposed to be 1 cushion and 4 filters. Instead, they told me that they sent me a 3 month supply in July, but I am eligible for cushions only. They supposedly sent me 5 filters, which makes no sense. 5 filters only covers 1 month and 1 week, not 3 months.
If you can avoid doing business with this company, PLEASE DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

***UPDATE 10/21/2020***
I just tried to contact them to return my rented machine so I can switch back to my original supplier, and they have no answers on how to return it to them. Also, until I get the machine back to them, I can't get new supplies from my original supplier, so I am stuck with supplies that were supposed to be changed out in August. I've been fighting with them to get the correct supplies since then, and now am fighting with them to get fresh supplies from a different company. I should never have left my original supplier. I can deal with a couple of extra days versus 2 plus months. I repeat my earlier review, STAY AWAY FROM THESE NEGLECTFUL MORONS AND KNOW YOUR BENEFITS FROM YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE YOU DO BENEFITS WITH ANY COMPANY!

awful service. The company that I contracted with was taken over by this company. No follow up calls. Takes several tries to get someone to call you back. They kept canceling phone appointments and rescheduling them. Very disappointed with this company. Once they sell you something, you're on your own. I don't even know how resupplies will be.

-So update, I have been on the phone on hold, all morning and spoke to 3 different people. My calls keep getting disconnected or hung up on. Can't get anywhere with these people. incredulous.

....As a follow up, I have been able to reach out to my local office and have received some support. Did find out that I was misinformed of trial period.
......whoops ,just got my new mask in the mail. They sent the wrong one! Oh no...

be warned, never-ending robo calls from this company will haunt your life. They, actually a rep named Kevin, had the balls to hang up on my wife when she politely asked them to stop for the 3rd time. Perhaps poor Kevin was sick of getting these calls from angry Epoch Sleep center customers...

Adapt Health is one of the worst companies on the face of the earth. Harassing me about non compliance with my CPAP yet will not send me appropriate consumables (i.e. masks) so that I can use the CPAP properly so that I CAN be in compliance. But no.
