The absolute worst office to deal with. I moved to Texas and let them know I was moving, so they told me to find the nearest WIC office to where I was living so I did. When I called they told me to contact the buckeye WIC office and transfer my benefits over because they aren’t able to find me in their system. I have called over 6 times and they have not answered or called back, I’ve left voicemails, no call back. I’m stressing out because I have very little formula left and these women running this office are so lazy they can’t even bother to call back. Extremely selfish on their part as I cannot afford to buy a bunch of formula and baby food. The Mount pleasant Texas office answers the phone right away. I have even emailed and still not response. Whoever owns this office needs new staff because they are just sitting around getting paid to do nothing. I don’t recommend this office at all.

Dulce the receptionist was really kind and diligent in helping me get rescheduled after I missed my appointment. The office attempted to call me many times before I was finally able to call back. When I did finally have a chance to return their call, I was way past my original appointment date. Dulce worked really hard to get me in as soon as possible so I wouldn’t miss out on my benefits.

It takes me calling 4-5 times in a row to get someone to answer, but I will say once you get them on the phone they are very helpful. You just have to be able to get in contact w them which is a big problem when in my opinion you’re dealing with infants & children

Had an appointment today at 11:15 been trying to call for 2 DAYS and nobody answers nobody calls back and now I’ve missed my appointment because of this and I NEED my babies benefits HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE

Only issue is why do they have to close for lunch. They should scatter everyones lunch out like they do orher businesses. And should also put their lunch hour they are closed for on the google. Just says open 7 am- 6 pm. Doesn't say closed from 12-1 so people will go and it's closed. Other than that they have been very helpful and courteous.

If you're only open til 5, you need to change your hours on here. Got here at 5:30 to pick something up assuming by your hours on your website that it was open
