I scheduled a dentist appointment in September for November 1st. I was called early on November 1st and was informed that the dentist was leaving early on November 1st, and I would have to reschedule. The earliest available was mid-February. What a waste of time! I absolutely do not recommend giving these careless, uncompasionate fools your time or money.

I used to have such good experiences here, but they've fallen apart over the past few months. Avoid Adelante!! From an appointment being cancelled with zero notice until an hour before, to their answering machine malfunctioning and the office not answering my emails... I have tried so hard to be patient and kind. I know their jobs must be tough, but this is inexcusable. I needed to update my insurance info and couldn't because they GHOSTED me. Insanely unprofessional for any business, but very scary & awful for healthcare especially. It also rubs salt in the wound when my email and my voicemails have been spammed to death with their newsletters, but now I'm going to get hit with a massive bill I can't afford because they rely on a barely functioning phone system & won't communicate with their patients via email. I have struggled several times to get meds in the past few months due to RXs not being sent over, and now I have to go without meds because calling their office over every screwup is a massive draining chore due to the 90% chance I won't be able to speak to a real person. Take your healthcare elsewhere, or just hope you never need to update your info. This should be illegal. Super disappointed.

I’ve had several issues with Adelante health care located at 9610 N metro Pkwy w Phoenix Az 85051. From being placed on hold and hung up on. To never being contacted by upper management. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter and they told me she had an alert on her account even though they are the ones that waited till the day of her appointment literally an hour before to say that she wouldn’t be seen that day. I called more than 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received a call back from the site manager to rectify the issue. The last appointment we missed was because my daughter had a fever and her pediatrician told me not to get her immunizations if she still had a fever. I was then hung up on while discussing my displeasure with the quality of service. And how my daughter was sick. Better off taking your children elsewhere

First off I wish more Medical Facilities were like this one. This is like your one stop shop for all your medical needs. When you walk in your are immediately greeted by someone at an information desk. There's is an urgent care inside the facility, family and adult medicine, a dental office, women's health, mental health, pediatrics, WIC, and a Lab Corp on site. There may be more, but I have not used them or have seen more.
The Ladies at the adult medicine desk are always friendly and nice. They greet you immediately when you walk up and get you checked in quickly. The medical assistants and nurses always make you feel comfortable and safe and listen to your concerns or issues that you need to speak with your doctor for your visit. I currently see Dr Yuyah and she is the most caring, down to earth doctor I have ever had. She listens to me when we talk and I don't feel like a number when I am there. I don't feel rushed like they want to get me out and move on to the next patient. She cares about my health and my well being.
The facility itself is State of the Art. It's clean, the chairs are comfortable, there are water and sanitizer stations throughout the building. There is a large restroom. Plenty of seating in the lobby for waiting. The one new thing that I love is the new patient portal. I just signed up and I can now look at my chart, schedule an appointment, look at labs, etc.
They take most insurances so make sure you call ahead to see if they take yours.

This relatively new location is very nice. They’ve got everything under one roof. From dental, medical, labs, wic, etc. The interior is very nice and spacious, the staff was very friendly to me when I went in and it didn’t take long for me to receive service. I like the proximity of this new location and that there’s plenty of room for parking.

I was scheduled at 6:20pm and they called me saying to come in at 5:30 which is fine. However, when I get here you feel rushed. I don’t understand why they schedule people so late in the afternoon if they aren’t going to do a good job. They also switched my primary provider because she was fully booked and the new provider that I got had no idea what our original game plan was because she was such in a hurry to go home because they were about to close.

Will let you down over and over. You'll take time off work and the dr won't even be there for your scheduled times. And if you have medication you need to keep up on they will mess it up. They are making me hard stop blood pressure medication because ask their Dr's took off early for labor day. But they want me monitoring at home so if it gets bad I'll have to go to the hospital. So they are telling me to go to the hospital instead of just giving me my medication I've been on for well over a year. They will let you down in all aspects. Avoid at all costs.
