I called several times to book an appointment over the course of two weeks without a response. When I went to their office no one answered the bell for 20 minutes. When I rang again, a disgruntled woman rushed to the door and asked "what do you want?" apparently she was in the middle of a session. After I apologized for interrupting she stated "It's too late to apologize and I've already interrupted." Thankfully though she recommended me to Dr. Stephanie Hatch at Flagstaff Counseling Center after I said I wouldn't be coming back.
Dr. Stephanie called me back later that same day and we found a time to have an appointment. She was friendly, welcoming and didn't make me feel stupid for asking for help.

Getting that first call back takes a while, but once you do, the work the therapists do at this clinic is life-changing for individuals and families. Incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and well-trained therapists. Thank you for the great work you do!

Amazing at testing and treatment of ADHD. Excellent with young and older children. Helped my child develop strategies to cope with life and school. Dr. Nash is amazing.

Awful communications. They don’t answer the phone or respond to voicemails. I had to go in in person to find out they only have a front desk employee a few hours a week. Been calling and coming in for a week, trying to get anybody to help and it’s been entirely futile and frustrating. Would recommend any other option than this.
