Dr Chang is wonderful. He cares about his patients and takes them time to explain things to me thoroughly and thoughtfully. I can’t recommend him enough, but the front office here is a trainwreck. My other providers can never get in touch with them so they call me and then I can’t get them to do anything either. My paperwork is always far later than they guarantee it will be. They cancel my appointments without telling me or rescheduling. They don’t answer my chart messages. They screw up my paperwork. Dr Chang will have something fully filled out and signed and it will still take them a month to scan it back to me. Referrals and refills take forever. I’m considering leaving one of the best providers I’ve ever had just because the office can’t get it together long enough to communicate. If you get upset about it they act like you have unreasonable expectations despite my other providers being just as baffled by how hard it is to get in touch with them as I am. They’re playing with peoples lives.

The hospital and facility is okay, the parking accommodating for the patient is terrible, knowing it’s a hospital, they do not offer free parking, they don’t even have a 5 minutes grace period to drop a lab sample, pick up a prescription for a sick family member, they are quick to call and tow your vehicle as soon as you park your car, like it it’s the emergency room department, no matter if it rains or snow you need to park in the garage it’s all about making money.

I tried to schedule an appointment and after answering the receptionist’s questions and asking some of my own, she abruptly told me that “if you were told we don’t have anything until July then I can’t just make an appointment for you out of thin air.” I hung up to avoid saying anything rude. I don’t understand why she developed a disgustingly aggressive attitude toward me when I was simply trying to schedule an appointment and answer her questions. I never asked her to make an appointment out of thin air, I simply asked for help scheduling an appointment period.

Been a patient here for 5+ years. Avoid at all costs. They have horrible communication and customer service. They just cancelled my appointment with me as the appointment was supposed to happen, with no notification and no next available appointment for 2+ months.
They are the absolute worst healthcare provider I have ever had.

The customer service representative are Always helpful and courteous. My primary care physician has helped me in so many ways, and actually cares about me as a person. The lab team is always kind, and the nurses make you feel heard. I highly recommend!

Great clinic i was later for my appointment, because off traffic. The receptionist tell me she cannot see me. The doctor come out , she said yes she will see me because off my blood pressure check. I was very pleased with my visit. Furthermore I like all my doctors. I recommend Boston medical center.
