I'VE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH BEVERLY
your manager in your Illinois office I recieved a loaner sxooter after 2years of waiting for my ordered scooter then I waited another 2 years due to covid and the lack of materials still Haven't maintained the loaner the wheel has always been locked when turning to the right or in reverse it was brought in the winter so the 1st year it wasn't in use didn't know the wheels needed air I did that but the battery life and steering I can't do I have fallen on the scooter because while I'm turning the wheels are still straight now she wants to charge my insurance for this raggedy un maintained scooter I declined 6months ago and requested owner give me a call before I not only file a complaint with the better business bureau but also my insurance company inwhich BEVERLY stated go right ahead Now I know she isn't the owner and you haven't any idea of her conduct while you're at your other location so I am giving you a chance to correspond with

And they are not under new management because I've been waiting 4 years still dealing with densely un professional Beverly per management.

Lolly was GREAT!! We called other places inquiring about a walker for my dad and had rude and not very helpful representatives. Once we called Advance, we didn't need to look further. She answered our questions and was a delight to deal with. I highly recommend them . Thank you Lolly, you are awesome!!!

They have awful follow up. You have to keep calling them to check on your order.
I have been stuck at home for the last two days waiting on a delivery. No one in the office bothers to call and let the client know they will not be able to deliver the equipment. I asked to speak with the manager and of course... "she is in a meeting"
I will not recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend using this medical supplies company. No communication or call backs regarding your supplies. When I called to inquire about my delivery, I was repeatedly told I would be called back they weren’t able to reach a driver. No call back the same day or following day. A week past delivery day an no call or follow up regarding the delivery, no reassurance about our supplies being delivered non professional establishment. Do not use I would rate 0 stars if possible

I have had to call so many times and they dont follow directions and make wasted trips which i was trying to explain to them to begin with. I will be reporting them to Medicare worst service ever. Its taking over a month just to get compression stockings. This absolutely HORRIBLE. Giving them 1 star is one star too many.

Really Great Service And Profesional Staff. Fast Delivery Service, The Driver Was Really Informant On The Products They Offer And I Was Able To Get A Shower Chair And Grab Bars, along with My Cane. Delivery Was Fast And Easy!
