New patient, arrived early to fill out paperwork, but it was a quick, simple process.
The nurse led me to an examining room, asked question and I answered. Very nice young lady. The doctor then came in right away, Introduced herself,and we talked about the reason I was there.
She was very helpful, confident and kind. All in all it was a short visit and the doctor took care of the problems I was having.
I will be sure to recommend this practice in the future.

This was my second visit as a patient and I've been there a couple of other times with my Mom. We both really like the staff there. It's a nice comfortable environment and they keep you informed about what's going to be done. If anyone in this area needs a dermatologist this is definitely the place to go. Close to home and no interstate driving. Big plus for me.

Hate to give a low review when they get so many 5 stars. It hasn’t been my case. I was so happy a dermatologist was now in Moody 4 miles from my home. The problem is this office is not run from here. Every time I’ve called over the two years I’ve come here I get a recorded message that I will be called back. EVERY TIME. Try calling them.
I work away from home weeks at a time. Can’t get anyone on the phone to change an appointment. I finally got a message 48 hours before to keep or cancel my appointment. . I canceled it. Then the next day a girl calls me from the office to see if I will be there tomorrow. I told her I already cancelled by Text. She seemed annoyed and I told her I need to change my appointment to a later date. She hung up on me. It wasn’t a dropped call. She hung up on me and didn’t call back.
So I called my previous dermatologist 35 miles away. Girl in office answered phone so sweet and my appointment gets made in minutes.
Shame because the doctor I had at Advanced is wonderful. The problem is the office and several more branches are micro managed from somewhere else. Horrible customer service. I will gladly now drive 35 miles to my previous dermatologist where I never had a single problem in 10 years

Dr. Granger is the best! She is very thorough and takes the time to address any and all concerns you may have. She is very knowledgeable in her field, as she is always able to answer my questions relating to my skin on the spot.

Allison is absolutely wonderful. I have been dealing with an issue for about 7 months and have seen a couple of different doctors. She looked at it and immediately knew what it was and how to treat it. She is very knowledgeable and has a great “ bedside manner “ I definitely recommend!!

Soo glad I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Granger at Advanced Dermotology; there was short turn around time between searching and scheduling. I called a few places that had appointment availability months out. Dr. Granger was very thorough and took care of my skincare needs and my visit was pleasant from walking in up until walking out.
