Top notch fitting and service from Andrew! It's hard to find someone that knows what they're doing especially for someone like me who's used a chair for nearly 36 years. I needed a chair that fits my body, no adjustable parts which takes a seasoned chair professional to get right. Andrew did a fantastic job of listening. When he brought both my new power chair and manual, they were dialed in and all I had to do was transfer into them. In all my years of being a fulltime chair user, I've never had such awesome service from my wheelchair rep. I've had him before and I will go to him again as long as he is in this line of work. Outstanding. Thank you to Mahle also for being my contact on a few things. Great company with heart and experience.

This company and staff hands down has the best customer service. Danny and his team went out of their way to help get my dad what he needed to get him comfortable when he came home from the hospital. Additionally, parents are not tech savvy people and they helped them over the phone when they were having trouble with my dads lift chair. Do you love gear? I do. These guys always seem to know what is the latest and greatest on market. Visit the showroom and see for yourself! Danny, Mahle and Andrew have all gone above and beyond to accommodate my very high maintenance requests over the years and make sure I am getting exactly what i need for the best price. I have bought several chairs, cushions, brakes etc. and will continue to use Advanced Medical for my equipment needs. If you want timely personalized service, then this is the place.

Just had another great experience with Advanced medical, after previously buying a power recliner from them I knew that they were the place to go when my mother needed a new walker. The inexpensive "drug store" type walkers just don't work well out side, every time my mother attempted to go over any kind of bump or joint the walker would jolt to a stop. I explained the problem to Mahle and she knew exactly what she needed, a large wheel euro walker and they even had it in stock in different colors. I told Mahle that she needed to carry oxygen too and she ordered a carrier that she knew was available for that model. While I was there I noticed a walker which I'd never seen before that folds into a very small size for easier use in cars, we bought that too. The new walker works perfect, my mother's friends call it the Ferrari because she's so much faster and confident with it! Thanks Advanced!

For anyone who has ever had a family health crisis, you know the stress of coordinating all of your loved one's needs--especially when it comes to meeting the requirements of Medicare.
