Alex and his staff at Advanced Medical Equipment & Supplies are just the most compassionate and helpful people. Our world should be filled with more like these who are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. By the time one needs medical equipment (in my case, a walker) one is in a tougher place in life due to disease (stage 4 cancer in my case) or injury, or the ails of aging bodies. Compassion and knowledge and honesty are the coveted traits we look for this stage. I got all of that from Alex and his staff. They were so nice and helpful; and they really went the extra mile!
If you need ANY medical equipment or supplies, this is your place! I’ve become an expert in these services as of late, and I haven’t found anyone half as good⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Advanced Medical Equipment is the place to go for all the medical supplies as the staff is very polite, courteous and helpful. I was very happy with the service that Helen provided to us and she was always giving me the update from the time the doctor ordered the supplies till I picked up the electric scooter.
She is very hardworking and reliable. Angelica was very helpful at the time of pickup. I like her smile .They are also very punctual and committed.

Excellent personal service. Where anyone else might have given up, Helen at Advanced overcame heavy odds with patience and doggedness to get approval by Medicare for an electric wheelchair for my wife, who is partially paralyzed from stroke, keeping me updated with progress reports the whole while. I felt she was on my side the whole time, and never had any doubt she would have success. Thank you, Advance, for such personal service. And we couldn't be happier with the wheelchair.

I was in need of a wheelchair for my father. I called Anglica and she was easy to talk to and immediately was able to help me that same day. When I walked in she and Helen greeted me warmly and were so attentive to my needs. My father lives far away and I was delayed in returning the wheelchair. However they were so understanding patient and worked with me. I am incredibly thankful for their service, courteous nature and flexibility. Go with these very kind folks. You will be in good hands.

Came in for a mechanical wheelchair repair (leg rest mechanism was not able to move up or down with the lever). My Drive wheelchair is only 5 years old but Abner at Advanced Medical Equipment & Supply in Murrieta took the leg rest assy in the back and had it fixed in 5 minutes. The amazing thing was service with a smile and no cost to me. I am a senior with Medicare and I really appreciate the quick service and accurate directions to their shop. I will buy my next medical device (maybe electric wheelchair) here for sure!!

Highly recommend this place. Alex provides great customer service and is very efficient at processing, so you don't have to wait long to get the equipment (1-2 days depending on how fast your doctor is on signing off on the paperwork). Mom needed a wheelchair. I got one . He has medicare approved rollators and wheelchairs in stock. Once you have the medical prescription and the paperwork complete, you can take the medical equipment home that day. (Called other places and there is a usually a delay time between ordering it and receiving the equipment). He was also very helpful in demonstrating how the equipment works and was very patient in following up with the medical office who was lagging a bit behind in sending him the paperwork for the equipment.
