I spent a week in the hospital with pneumonia/asthma. I checked myself out before having oxygen set up. Oleg at ADVANCED MEDICAL SUPPLIES went above and beyond working together to get the information he needed to get my oxygen approved. I’m at home recuperating instead of being stuck in the hospital. They oxygen tanks were delivered the next day right on time. Oleg GD bless you for the kindness you showed to me. I can breathe and stay in my own home. I can’t say enough. I needed to get a breathing test from when I was inpatient. Oleg helped getting all that was needed together. I also got my last two nebulizer and this gentleman will work to get your medical equipment filled. Thank you Oleg.

Did not want to give them the 1 Star yes please go any where but Advance Medical Supplies clearly they don't need your business when both owner and staffing are rude, careless and very unprofessional, they do no follow ups if you don't inquire you will never know that your paperwork was lost and now outdated and now you are inconvenienced once again because of there negligence with files and important documents because I state to the owner I can't deal with your staff they are very rude . "Well, I don't know what to tell you because I don't have time for you," I was taken back at his unprofessionalism, I said well I'm not dealing with her again, he says, "Well I'll just cancel your order then and you can go somewhere else". So, I said I sure will.. mind you this is after almost 4 years of lost fax , files, and doctor didn't sign, to outdated paperwork a waste of time waiting on a mobility scooter

The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, they have so much patience to help me choose the insurance that will be beneficial for my disabled older brother. The amount of time they spend over the phone with me shows they literally care. Every time I call, I never have any issues at all because they do provide the best customer service.

Extremely rude and unprofessional!! I hate that I found this place and sent my 12 month order here. My fax was lost and I was turned away without any effort to locate the forms from my doctor. I called as soon as the forms were faxed to confirm and they never even bothered to prepare my order. I kept pleading with them to look and the lady that was assisting me sat down at here desk and started eating her lunch. I sat there for a few minutes and no one was assisting me any further. I started to wonder if they called the police to have me removed because they just ignored my presence. I asked for someone to write down my number so that when they located the fax, then I could be notified. I told them that I would wait in my car because it was an hour drive for me since they didn't deliver. I wish I would have known that up front. I went to my car and called and after being put on hold someone came outside and asked why was I calling there. I told them because the first person I spoke with on the phone confirmed my fax so I wanted to see if the could check again for me. He wanted me to leave but I kept swearing that I was not lying and I just wanted to someone to check the faxes. He agreed and came back minutes later apologizing because they found my forms. He completed my order and told me to come back every month to pick up my supplies. I really hated my entire experience and people need to be aware of their terrible customer service. I will also be reporting them to BCBS because that is how I found them.

I am extremely impressed with this company’s excellent service (especially Oleg). He was able to expedite getting all medical supply for my patients. Very professional.He would also consistently follow up with me and would always get back to me right away with any questions I had. I would recommend this company to anyone My patient are very happy.!

Had to get an oxygen machine for my grandmother on very short notice. Oleg was extremely helpful, professional, kind, caring and expedient in assisting us. She truly believes he saved her life with the speed of the care that he delivered. Could not be more grateful and thankful to both Oleg and Advanced Medical Supply.

I just got out of the hospital for a horrendous asthma attack. I needed a nebulizer and my insurance referred me to advanced medical supply. They went above and beyond to assist me in getting a new prescription from the hospital Dr. They were so nice ,polite,and helpful. I’m doing by breathing treatment now. They absolutely went above and beyond. Thank you to Oleg and everyone there who helped me. They literally saved my life. Have to go do a breathing treatment. Wonderful company wonderful caring people.
