I haven’t been notified of anything in your results. The sleep test was easy but they forced me to return it very quickly. Otherwise, you’re gonna charge me $1000 which is BS used old beat up machine.

I'll say I had a less than perfect experience. I called in to ask a question about the belt and got a smart answer from one of the customer support personnel. So I had to figure out the problem since they acted like I was disturbing them. The instructions had some of the print missing and did not explain how to adjust the belt properly.

It is important that the instructions are legible. With words missing from the sides I could not understand exactly what to do. I'm a secretary. With that being said, this is a medical procedure and instructions need to be clear and copies need to be legible. Please make it happen so patients can be helped to the excellent standard that I believe you require.

Lastly, this is only feedback to make things better. Workers are only as good as their supervisor.

Didn't like the reliability of the home test. I had to do it twice because the first time failed to capture any data. I'd rather do this test in a controlled environment like a medical facility since it will determine if I have to sleep using a machine for the rest of my life.

The MEDICAL staff
That helped my husband- was polite and very professional. He Explained everything to us and provided a cot and recliner for me( since I am the primary caregiver)
We were reluctant if that night would be a success, but it was !
He slept deeply and was a success of
Recording.
and after enough data input- we were free to go
( after fully awake)
HE WAS A SUPER YOUNG MAN !

Watched video several times so we were ready. Test Appliance came when expected.
As promised it was already put together. At first couldn’t get all green lights. With some jiggling all was green and husband tucked in for the night. Red light came on when he got up during the night for visit the bathroom but turned green when he was resettled.
In morning When test was done and removed it took 5 + minutes for test complete green light to come on.
Mailed it back.
Only complaint is that now that we know he has moderate sleep apnea no one has told us what happens next.
