You're dealing with human lives here. Front desk is unknowledgeable continues to delay even though my father has cancer. Authorization is unavailable to communicate it's been a month and they're saying theyre not sure if they can take the insurance and need prior authorization; and to come back next week. Same line for the past 4 weeks. The insurance is traditional Medicare you don't need prior authorization. Don't let your loved ones come here. It's a waste of time and you'll be risking their lives.

The doctors are very good, but the office NEVER answers the phone. Ridiculous service for an office that treats patients with life-threatening illnesses. I hate to have to find another doctor, but it has gotten so bad, I have no other choice.

Very bad experience, and don't recommend to this clinic. A receptionist gave me a call earlier telling me a surgery date on tomorrow at 9:00 am. But got another call from another receptionist by telling me my appointment time will be 11:45 am and there is no surgery at this location and outpatient visit only. Then I wanted to clarify the accurate appointment time and type of outpatient over the phone with her, this receptionist then told me I can go at 9:00 am and had very rude attitude. So I will not to show up tomorrow and it sounds very scared. They don't even know what time and what surgery will do nor get confused with appointment time by theirselves.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the staff was extremely helpful and professional, I was very nervous when I went to my follow up, receptionist (Alejandra) was very reassuring and nice, definitely will feel more at ease when I come again for my next appointment!

Called in and talked to the man himself. After asking if he did family therapy he quickly and rudely told me no then hung up in my face. Take for that what you will.

Dr. Norman Bautista is a great surgeon. Years of experience and did my gallstone surgery. Communicates amazing and such a friendly doctor! His staff and office is so nice ! Thank you
