I was seen this evening at this facility and I have nothing but positive thoughts about this clinic. From the front desk employees, Maribel and Jenny, to the clinical team, Aetna and Kathy, who took my vitals and discharge papers, to Dr. Linda Harvey, who was very sympathetic and empathetic to my concerns. Everything was awesome. They all made me feel welcomed and my concerns were heard and addressed accordingly. The customer service was amazing! The facility was clean and wait time was minimal. I would recommend this facility to everyone. Thank y’all for an awesome experience. 🥰

Very easy to get in. Only waited five minutes in the waiting room. They had an X-ray machine working on a Sunday morning. Dr. Harvey was very nice, as was the nurse. I’m sorry but I can’t remember her name. The office saw me and my daughter today. Everyone was amazing from the receptionist to the doctor. Thank you guys for caring for us.

I am pleased to share my excellent care I received today when visiting the Advent Health Centra Care in Brandon. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a kind, compassionate person at the front desk (Jenny) who made me feel at ease and helped me get registered quickly so I could be seen by the doctor. I was taken back to my room pretty quickly where I received excellent care in an efficient, caring and compassionate manner. I highly recommend using this facility for your urgent care needs.

Jenny is the best Health Receptionist I've ever came across. She was super polite and made me feel at home. Cradled my like a baby throughout the check in process. I appreciate her greatly.Dr Cathy did a great job giving thorough directions and wrapped my ankle up really well. The X rays went very smoothly. Dr. Linda Harvey is also my favorite doctor to go to. she's amazing and super kind. I couldn't have asked for a better service. 100/10

From triage and first being seen by the doctor, to x-rays and the breathing treatment, everyone was quick to act and very accommodating considering my condition. My prescriptions were even ready by the time I arrived at the pharmacy to pick them up.

The service was kind of fast compared to other places. Brenda’s, front desk was really nice and Dra. Anita was was also nice and took the time to talk and explain to me the medications and what I need to do.
