After going to two other facilities and CVS not having a minute clinic on my side of town my worries were put to rest. The receptionist was very compassionate and kind. The nursing assistant was very pleasant and kind and the Dr. Attended to the situation promptly. I also love that they affirm their belief in God In the walls of the office. And Thank God for them.

The staff is absolutely understanding. I am very happy to live near AdventHealth Centra Care in Lakeland. The wait is never more than 30 minutes. I love the Doctors and nurses who have treated me. They treat their patients like family.

I’ve taken of my family members here, but today was my first time as a patient. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone is kind and caring. I was in and out in less than an hour, and I could even buy my medicine here before I left. I highly recommend advent health.

The environment was clean, cheerful and friendly. They were very professional and caring. We did not have to wait a long time either. We especially appreciated the Bible verses and their theme of healing because of Christ. Thank you!

Everyone I encountered was wonderful but wish I got necessary info before paying. I would've preferred being told that I was unable to have an X-ray of my injury because I was pregnant prior to paying a couple hundred dollars. I could've saved my money and gone straight to the ED where they have a protocol for X-rays for pregnant women. I hope going forward that when it is known at check-in that the individual is pregnant and hoping for an X-ray that they are informed that it is not possible to receive one at this location. Help a girl out.

Had to bring my kid for a staple last week and all the staff was wonderful. Today, it was my turn to be seen with extremely swollen face due to allergies. The turnaround was fast. Despite the steroid injection burning, nurse David did a great job to keep the discomfort to a minimum and walked me through all the follow up steps. Dr. Levy is the sweetest, truly cares about you and got me in& out in a Jiffy. I would definitely recommend coming here for your urgent care needs!

David the nurse was FANTASTIC. had to get a shot and didnt even know it was being administered! No pain or anything. He is great! The provider was Holly and she was very personable and delightful to talk to when discussing the issue. Both are fantastic.
