The people who work with you are very caring and explain each and every step of the test. They made the whole experience so much easier and the restrooms and rooms where you wait or where the tests are given are immaculate. Thank you to the whole staff for making a long afternoon go by a lot faster.

I was in a car accident and brought to Rideout Hospital Via ambulance. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for during my visit to the E.R.
They provided me with top medical care and the staff genuinely cared for my well being. It's great to see a hospital who not only cares for you physically but mentally as well. 10/10 would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I had a blood draw done at the Adventist Health and Rideout lab draw station and it was quick (11 minutes in all from when I walked in to when I walked out), friendly, and effortless. In comparing this to my recent experience at Quest, where I tried to drop in, had to schedule to come back later that afternoon, then had to wait 25 minutes to be called back for my appointment, being able to drop in for my draw was much preferable!

I went to the ER on Saturday February 8th, 2025 & had a very pleasant experience. I was treated with compassion & kindness during my stay. I was tested for a number of things & diagnosed as having Influenza A. The attending P.A. prescribed medication for me. I should be feeling better in another day or so.

Hospital billing kept trying to overcharge my mom for her stay there. They kept sending letters in the mail saying she owed a large sum of money to them even though insurance paid for the majority of it. After her having to battle with them, she soon found out by going through all the paperwork that she actually over paid by a pretty large sum. After she found that out, they kept denying that she was owed money and was sent disgusting letters in the mail denying her with post it notes written by the people who work there that they didn’t owe her ANYTHING. It took her knowing some people to finally get her money back.

Healthcare should not be for profit, I understand needing to make money but not admitting when you’re wrong is just disgusting behavior and makes you look unreliable. They also kept feeding her stuff that she wasn’t allowed to have as a diabetic.

I’ve been to the ER and had an amazing experience there but after seeing what they did to my mother, it tainted their reputation to me. Hopefully next time I go there, I won’t have to fight with them over payment.

Super friendly and helpful.
Went above and beyond to make sure my health was in shape so I could return back to work without and breathing issues.
If I have any kinda of emergency or Medicaid problem that is concerning I will be returning again.
So thankful that it was a pleasant and fast visit on my birthday

The staff was great in providing care. Everyone was professional and compassionate from registering to discharge. The missing star is due to the excessive time waiting for bloodwork (1 1/2hrs). They were very short staffed most likely due to the holidays. Plus the ER was VERY full in the waiting area and the lobby. This happened to be my first visit because of a recent move so I am also going on other hospital experiences.

I haven’t been in the ER, in over 50 years. Last time I was here, I was hit by a car on my bike, when I was a kid. I showed up at 1am, with extreme abdominal pain. I was quickly registered, then triaged, saw the PA that ordered labs and imaging. Had labs drawn right away, got an IV and pain medicine. I eventually got a bed in the main ER. The on call surgeon soon saw me and surgery was planned. My gallbladder was very angry. My experience from walking in the door and quickly treated, was outstanding! I had interactions with many departments and staff. They are all very nice and genuinely care about you. I was soon sent to surgery to get my gallbladder removed. My surgeon was Dr. Brian Supple, anesthesia with CRNA Jeni. Everyone is very professional and caring. My surgery went very well and I was kept comfortable in my room on 3-Main. All of the staff are amazing and took great care of me and my family. I have no reservations about having emergency care or procedures here, in the future.
