Arrived early before opening. At 0630 was let in with four other people with a smile and a "Good Morning". We were protest and I waited a short time before I was called to have my lab work done. The lab technician was very courteous and I was out the door by 0705.

I was checked in by Ms. Melony right before closing. I appreciated her calm demeanor and most importantly her kindness and professionalism. She was a true example of what patient care should be.

I did not get the radiologic technologistโ€™s name, but she was also efficient, professional, kind and everything you expect patient care to be.

Thank you!

This was by far the worst ER visit we have ever had. The staff, particularly the male intake nurses, were dismissive, condescending, and completely lacking in empathy regarding my husband's symptoms and our concerns. We are not people who rush to the doctor for minor issues, but after being referred from a rapid care clinic for urgent attention, we had no choice but to come here.

While long wait times are expected at an ER, the disrespectful and patronizing attitude from staff was inexcusable. Instead of offering reassurance or professionalism, they made us feel like an inconvenience. Patients seeking emergency care deserve to be treated with compassion and respect, not belittled or brushed off.

I strongly urge hospital administration to address the culture of dismissiveness among their intake staff and implement proper training in patient communication and bedside manner. No one should have to endure such an unpleasant experience when seeking medical attention.

In the future we will go to a different ER than to ever come back to this location again.

I'd recommend this hospital to literally anyone for any reason, but I particularly recommend it to women (or anyone else) who has been dismissed or hasn't felt listened to elsewhere who are looking for truly exceptional care and answers.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Adventist hospital. I didn't think going to the ER and being admitted could feel like a positive experience. From everyone I interacted with in the ER, to the surgical team to the inpatient care afterwards, to the custodial staff and admin, every single person was kind, caring, professional and so on top of things.

I'd been having this health issue for years and seen countless doctors who all dismissed the issue as nothing or anxiety. As soon as I was in the ER at Adventist I could tell this time would be different. They asked a lot of questions, validated my experience and were running tests I'd never had an ER order before (simple things like an ultrasound and blood work). I was diagnosed and out of surgery with the issue fixed within 12 hours.

The surgical team was amazing, the nurses made sure I was informed and comfortable, the anesthesiologist was very thorough in understanding my joint issues to make sure I wouldn't be injured being moved. The surgeon, Dr K, was great and kept my husband well informed, I'm told it was over in 20 minutes.

I spent 2 days in patient while they made sure my pain was managed and that my blood work was stable and back to normal. Again everyone was amazing, the nurses, cnas and doctors all took great care of me. I'm new to the area and they even made sure I was set up with a local PCP before I left.

Everything was amazing, all the nurses were kind and willing to help in any way. All the CNAs were amazing as well. Love the whole team that helped me while I was not able to care for myself. Appreciate the kind words and encouragement during my short stay at AH.

I was driving home to the Bay Area when I suddenly experienced excruciating pain. My husband found the closest ER. When we got there I was nervous because the waiting room was full. However, they were very efficient and I only waited less than 15 minutes. The staff listened to my symptoms and asked appropriate questions. They quickly explored the possible causes and within another 15 minutes had a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan! I was treated so quickly and kindly throughout my visit, as was my husband who accompanied me. Thank you so much!

I was in lots of pain. My sister took me to the emergency coming in to the entrance. Starting with all the staff there, they were very kind. Nurses were very kind and they took very good care of me. Doctor Montgomery is a great Doctor. He was very kind and compassionate. He ordered x-rays CT scan. He explained everything to me. I would say he is a very
good Doctor ... Doctor Montgomery, that is your calling to be a great Doctor , continue the good work. We need more good doctors like you. Thank you so very much.
