The clinic is good but needs to be more informative about services that their office offers.
My doctor seems to be rushed when I am trying to discuss new medical issues that I have. He seems to only listen to what he wants to hear. I asked for a basic service about ear cleaning. Each time I come to see him that never happens. Plus, severe ear ringing gets over looked also.

My daughters have seen Dr. Umar for the last 15 years. It is one of the best experiences that has happened to us. He seeks all the resources to better understand and help the patient as well as offer nutrition program to children and deeply search for the solution to the problems and what I really like about this doctor every visit we see him he washes his hands and follows all the procedures he listens to the patient and says things as they are and he is very professional 100% always has time for the patients. My daughters are happy to have a doctor like doctor Umar!!!

By far the best doctors office I have ever been to. I recommend all my family here. The receptionist are kind and patient. My doctor shows me sympathy which is so hard to find these days. He doesn’t treat me like just another patient or a number in line. I get treated like a human being here. Thank you Adventist Health in Galt!

Dr Jorge Oceguera was a good doctor I seen here for about a year until he stopped accepting my insurance. My father also had a good experience with him until he was switched to a different male doctor of Middle Eastern decent. That doctor was rude and mean, discouraging my father from filing for disability at age 58 while he was in ill health. He passed away just over a year later. Another female doctor here refused to touch and examine patients and would simply rely on the computer in the room for everything to diagnose problems. You would get better care going to vet than here! This review is based on years 2014 through 2018.

Worst office I've ever dealt with. Ran out of vaccines (not covid) and cancelled appts when we were 15 minutes away from office. More than once. Cancelled an appointment and didn't tell us til we were there. Couldn't tell me why they cancelled it. Corporate called back the first 2 times I complained. Blew me off the 3rd time so I found a new office. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Great doctor's as well as great support staff. Easy to schedule appointments. Friendly staff that care. When I had insurance problems , they too the time to make sure I was taken care of. Unfortunately for a medical facility they have the bare minimum with handicap parking. Clean enviroment and big ADA compliant bathrooms.

Not sure why such bad reviews but can say from my part and now a 4yr patient that I have always been treated well and professionally from all staff and doctors I have seen. I take all my kids here also, from baby age to teenagers and like the pediatrician on site Dr. Umar, MA Cynthia and all the front desk ladies all very eficiente to getting you in & out and with all the information you need before leaving.
