I've seen both doctors at the practice, and every visit I've had, I've had a thorough history taken and exam. They take time to listen to your concerns and explain things clearly and respectfully. They are incredibly knowledgeable, putting me at ease with entrusting them with my care. The entire office staff is friendly and supportive as well. I've never been to a doctor's office like this! I always walk away feeling like I've been heard and cared for at the highest level.

I initially had a decent experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor I saw on my first visit was professional and kind. However, after my most recent appointment, I can confidently say I won’t be returning.

First, I waited in the room for nearly 45 minutes, expecting to see the same doctor I saw during my first visit. Instead, I was seen by someone completely different, and the experience was downhill from there. The new doctor made an unprofessional joke about my name, comparing it to Logan Paul after reading my last name first. While I can appreciate humor, it felt inappropriate in this setting.

Worse, he clearly had no idea why I was there, even though the reason was noted in my chart: to review the results of an allergy test. He looked at my lab results, admitted he didn’t know what most of the terms meant, and then proceeded to Google the words right in front of me. I was stunned. It felt like I was being seen by someone completely unqualified to handle my care.
I decided right then and there that I wouldn’t be coming back. I left the office without scheduling a follow-up appointment, but as I was walking to the stairwell, the doctor chased me down. In front of another patient walking upstairs, he loudly shared details about my medical history and insisted I schedule another appointment in two weeks. This was not only unprofessional but a clear HIPAA violation.

I will say the staff members were very nice, and my first visit was a positive experience. But the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence I encountered during my second visit was a dealbreaker. I cannot trust this office with my care moving forward.

I needed to be cleared for work, i called advocate and they saw me the next day. Helped me get cleared to go back to work. Great customer service, and the office and rooms where very clean. Thanks again Advocate
