Couldn’t save a time/spot online it said full for the day and walk in only, so we did the walk in option. 4 people ahead of us, allowed us to wait in the car until called.

We were taken back in less than 30 minutes.

Roughly 60 minutes start to finish including wait time and waiting on doctor, waiting for X-ray and results and discharge paperwork.

Seemed like a quick turnaround time to us for having 4 people ahead of us and being around 6 pm on a weekday.

Exceptionally kind staff!! Wonderful to have happy medical teams that care and weren’t acting burned out at the end of their long day. They were so kind and smiling which was contagious to cheer our spirits as well.

We live just 3 miles from a closer urgent care but it only has 2 star reviews, made the extra drive to come here with much better reviews and it was worth it!

They were funny, loving, and caring towards making my daughter feel better & safe in their care while diagnosing her sickness. We didn’t have to hold her down to get the test done etc!! The best hands down. Thank you again! Job well done.

My nurse was very attentive. The receptionist was very nice. The doctor on the other hand did not even exam me. She stood across the room asked what did I need as in a shot and meds. I had to get the nurse to get her to come back in to check my ears. That was the ONLY time she exacerbated me. Did not check my breathing. Which I’m still having shortness of breath.

It was a breeze. I did not check in ahead of time, but I found out you could do that. However, when I got in, I was quickly able to complete all of my demographic and insurance info online while in the waiting room. I was seen quickly by the NP, issued a prescription and then headed out the door in about 45 minutes total.

The clinical staff were wonderful. For some reason the lady checking people in kept helping the next person in line instead of the person at the window. This happened multiple times, including when I was at the window (both times). I highly recommend they reconsider this model as it is disrespectful to the person at the window to have them wait while serving the person behind them. Very strange.

When I arrived I was next in line! After finishing paperwork, I was called back within 5 minutes. Wait time in the room was 5-10 minutes before I saw someone. The office staff, triage nurse, and nurse practitioner were excellent! They were very professional!

My primary Dr was booked and I wasn't able to get an appointment in the near future so I went to AFC. The staff were so nice and kind and they greeted me with a smile. (Kindness is extra special when you don't feel well.) I was in and out within an hour and the needed medications were called into my pharmacy and were ready by the time I was ready to leave. I was able to get results of my xrays about an hour after I left. The Dr called me and explained the results thoroughly. I highly recommend AFC in Prattville, AL where they make you feel seen, heard and valued.

The staff at the front wasn't aware that they accepted my insurance so I had to call and speak with someone to confirm for them. The nurses were great and put my nerves at ease. I felt very rushed by the Doctor and not heard. All in all, it was a good visit.
