Wow!!!!! I travel all the time and throughout the United States and this was the best experience ever. Obviously coming to urgent care isn’t a joy but when needed it’s a must. Let me tell you about Kate the PA! I have never felt so at ease while in pain in my life. She made my experience here a 10! She is very professional and knows what she is doing and I wish there were more Kate’s in the world. Run don’t walk here for care if you’re in the city and need to be looked at.

Excellent doctor. They listened empathetically and carefully, and explained treatment clearly and with detail. I was also seen fairly quickly, but I had an appointment so I don’t know how a walk in would fare. Even the medical assistant/nurse? was a good listener and kind and calm. The front desk lady was helpful and polite. I don’t usually have good experiences at urgent care, so I thought the staff here deserved a bit of celebration with a good review. I would recommend going here for urgent care.

I’ve always been nervous/skeptical with urgent care centers because my experience has mostly been negative, particularly with a place I’ve been to in Cambridge. I ended up needing to go to one a few days ago and decided to check this place out. Overall, I had a good experience here! I was able to walk in without an appointment and not get turned away by the front desk (this has happened at another place before with no reason). I was also greeted by the front desk who was efficient and polite (I’ve had a very bad experience elsewhere where the front desk staff wouldn’t even acknowledge you). I didn’t have to wait too long before vitals were taken and I got a room. Now, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the wait to see a provider was quite long as there was only one in the clinic who was providing care to maybe 5 or 6 other patients. However, I was eventually told I could see a provider virtually if I was ok with that which I was! That sped everything up and the provider I had was extremely nice, thorough and pleasant to interact with (this was the same with the medical assistants who helped me). So I was happy with the care I got given my past experiences at other places have not been so nice! Everything was also clean in the rooms etc so overall a positive experience and a place I’d come back to if I ever needed urgent care.

I was seen pretty quickly even as a walk in. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The nurse and doctor were both personable and knowledgeable. I haven’t typically had positive experiences at urgent care so their service and efficiency was even more impressive. Would definitely come back again if I needed to.

Well-run and efficient. Both times I have come in, I was seen relatively quickly. Surprising, given the location.
The first time I was in and out within 30 minutes. Both of my visits I needed an x-ray and the results were assessed and I was on my way with what I needed shortly after. I will always come to this urgent care. I recommend you do, too.

Great care! I filled out all my info, being from out of town. Appt @11:00, they were spot on, didn't even have time to sit down! Very friendly, great staff, nurses and Doctor.VERY CLEAN and professional! Thank you! Did a follow up with my Home do tears. Doing well! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the best urgent care I was ever in. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. I had to go because I had a shooting persistent pain in my knee so Dr. Kearns and his staff took a look at it and took xray. I received a prescription and thankfully the CVS pharmacy was right next door. If I had to go to urgent care again I would choose this location.

Don’t come if you need to see an actual MD to sign off on your physical because the doctors are usually not there.

Very annoying experience overall. They charged me $85 for a physical exam. I needed them to sign a form for my visa application for study abroad. When I gave them the forms, they said they could not fill them out because there was no doctor (MD) on the premises and the doctor would not be in office for another 6 days. How can you possible run an urgent care clinic with no doctor available for a week at a time?

In addition to that it’s patently clear that they are trying to get you in and out the door as fast as physically possible.
