For a new patient there is an easy way to finish the registration by using a cell phone text message link; the nurse showed up 1-2 minutes after submitting the registration; the basic health information and symptoms are collected and recorded meticulously and thoroughly; the physician is experienced and made quick decisions including using x-ray etc. she found my rib had been broken!!! I do appreciate this urgent care team has saved my life since yesterday at about 6:30 pm.

Everyone solid, professional. Doctor (young woman) excellent. Same for nurse who took vitals. A bit of a wait even though I did all paperwork on line ahead of appointment. Doctor followed up next morning with phone call! Didn't expect that. Got thorough exam and good advice.

I was treated so kindly by my nurse. She’s new to the area and this office but was amazing. I honestly can’t remember ever being treated so well. I can’t remember her name but she moved here from Texas. She is a keeper for sure. The PA was great as well but my nurse was with me for quite some time and couldn’t have been any better

The care given to me by the attending physician and medical assistant was excellent. They took the time to help me with my questions and gave me a lot of information about my injury. The entire staff was very friendly, and expertly attended to my needs including an x-ray of my foot. I was provided with detailed instructions and a boot, and told to contact them with any questions. I would return to AFC Urgent Care in Burlington for any future medical needs. Thank you very much.

Have taken my spouse and kids here multiple times and it's been a pleasant experience every time. They take Tricare as well, and check in can be done when you get there or before. Very convenient!

AFC was the best urgent care I have been to. I came in with multiple issues and was processed quickly and taken within minutes. My Nurse Practitioner was kind and very attentive to all of my concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable and after running tests and evaluating me she concluded with a thorough plan for each one of my concerns. It was an exceptional patient -doctor experience. The waiting area is clean and modern and the receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. This is a top notch place.
