Scheduling was very easy, I scheduled a 945 appointment for my daughter and a 1045 appointment for myself and I was kinda worried that she would be waiting around after her appointment was complete however they managed to take us both at the same time which was very convenient. They’re very attentive and I like this place, and I will recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care from an urgent care.

I had a great experience. The front office medical assistance was very nice. The triage assistant was very efficient and very kind to my great grandson. The doctor was awesome. He told me exactly what I needed for my great grandson. I would definitely go back there again.

I had an excellent experience at American Family Care Urgent Care. I woke up with a throat infection and searched "urgent care near me" on Google. After calling to check if they accepted Medicare and asking about wait times (only one person ahead of me), I decided to go. The location was easy to get to, and I arrived in 10 minutes.

Checking in was seamless—I used their scan code to access forms, completed them in about 5 minutes, and was called back after just another 5 minutes. Dong Ying, PA, quickly confirmed my throat infection and prescribed the necessary medications.

The entire process was fast, efficient, and hassle-free. The receptionist and attending nurse were incredibly friendly, making the visit even better. If you're looking for quick, professional, and friendly urgent care, I highly recommend American Family Care Urgent Care! 5/5 stars!

Yesterday, my son went in because he had a fever for two days. The staff are great and attentive. They have a lab and X-rays were able to diagnose that my son had the flu right away.
Dr. prescribes flu medicine quickly, we were taken care of on less than 1-1.5 hrs. Highly recommend!!

AFC has been amazing at checking my children out when sick. The experience was so smooth. From booking the appointment online, to filling out the paperwork (also online) and the very quick response from the staff when we got there. That’s very much appreciated when you have fussy sick little ones! I will most definitely return to AFC.

They are friendly, got greeted as soon as we walked in. Receptionists asked right away what they could help us with. We got helped within 10 minutes. Waited for the doctor for about 8-10 minutes. The doctor checked out my kiddo and immediately did a flu check. She diagnosed her and prescribed her meds. She immediately sent the referrals to our pharmacy. We were in and in out in 30 minutes or less. Before we left they gave us an emergency aid kit in a pouch for choosing them. Very nice!

Best urgent care clinics I’ve visited. I’ve been here twice, and both times the service was impressively fast. From the front desk staff to the medical assistants and providers, everyone was professional, attentive, and kind.
The first time I went was for a sprained ankle. The PA who treated me even called me after I got home because he confirmed findings with their radiologist and provided additional advice. This level of care made me feel like they truly take every patient seriously.
Overall, it’s rare to find an urgent care with such high efficiency and excellent service. Highly recommended!
