We have had to use this urgent care on 2 separate occasions. On both occasions the process was handled exceptionally. The online registration helps facilitate the process as well as the online check in option. 2025 and they’re still using masks, the level of detail is very much appreciated. All staff was professional, understanding and courteous. Best urgent care ever used. For me and my 9 year old daughter.

My son injured his finger and we had to be seen ASAP since his finger started to swell really bad.
Thankfully the wait times aren't horrible here if you set up an Appointment online! Leezel, cindy & the amazing team at AFC took very good care of my Boy & he is all set to start his healing process!!

If I could give more stars I would! Yes, every single person from front desk to assistants in the back to the doctor were phenomenal! My husband and I received the best care and will definitely be back if we are in need of medical care after hours. The kindness of all the staff is refreshing and they went above and beyond to help us. An extra shout out to the young man who took my husbands blood pressure reading and finally got a good reading, you are so patient and kind. Thanks to all for the best ever urgent care experience of our life! You all Rock we wish you all a Happy New Year.

I have an appointment online with them. And i am not feeling good. They still taking walk ins first. What I suppose to do if they don’t know what is exactly the meaning of appointment. So why should we take the appointment first. Almost waiting here for 35 minutes

Had to reschedule twice and pay twice for a DOT physical because staff there did not communicate properly amongst each other and to me. I was told I needed to get new glasses after failing my eye exam which I did immediately the next day. The doctor even told me I didn’t need to repay for anything and all I had to do was come back and retake my eye exam which was the very last thing I needed to pass the physical. Only two days after that visit I come back to retake my exam with my new glasses and I had to pay another 175$. I understand there are rules and policies they need to follow but it should’ve been communicated to me that I would have to repay for the physical before I went and dropped 150$ for new glasses. The first physical was never completed therefore I felt there was no need to repay for a new physical. Granted most of their staff were kind, I wasted a lot of time and money because of they’re miscommunication and would definitely not recommend getting DOT physicals at this urgent care.

I would also like to throw in that it feels highly unprofessional and uncomfortable for the staff to push 5 star reviews on patients. They urged me to not once but twice and stood there to physically watched me give them a five star review. Which honestly wouldn’t have been removed if not for their poor patient care. Its just odd to urge a patient for a good review when its their physical health that should be the main concern (many other reviews state they experienced this as well).

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care, thanks to Leezel! She made my DOT physical surprisingly fun and stress-free. She was professional, friendly, and had a great sense of humor that kept the process light and easy. It’s not every day you can say you enjoyed a medical exam, but Leezel made it happen. staff at this urgent care facility are professional and attentive. they took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanation. i came in to get an xray done, Leezel who is the xray technician made me very comfortable throughout the process! i would recommend this urgent care center to anyone in need of quick and reliable medical attention
