Went there for my immigration exam. Everything went smooth. Doctor and nurse/assistant completed all the documents with extra care and provided a copy for my records. Good price for what’s included in whole exam set.

This visit took me 19 minutes from entering the door to driving out of the parking lot. Everyone from the front desk, medical assistant and Dr were was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent visit would go back and highly recommend.

I was always skeptical about going to an urgent care for treatment, but yesterday changed my mind. I walked into the center and was checked in by a very friendly and professional young lady. Moments later I was taken to a room where a nurse took vitals, my history and made me feel comfortable while waiting for a PA. After a few minutes I was greeted by a PA who after testing a culture, examined and treated me and called in a prescription.
I received excellent care at AFC Urgent Care in Haverhill and will use the facility again.

The staff is very professional, but friendly and personable. The facility is well maintained. Overall very pleasant visit. My illness was dealt with prompt professional treatment. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

All the staff especially the nurse practitioner was very nice. He explained everything to me and told me what he was prescribing and he was just very very nice. The only thing I don’t like about your establishment is I’m a big person and a 400 pound person coming in with the back problem And you have these tiny chairs. Please get some bariatric chairs for bigger guys and girls to sit in. it was torture sitting in those chairs.

I went to this urgent care because I had a reoccurrence of something I’d had the previous month that I paid a specialist to help me get rid of and they didn’t do a good job. AFC though, they diagnosed the problem really quick and immediately sent over prescriptions to my pharmacy, the whole process from walking in to getting back into my car was maybe an hour long and I’m grateful that they took such good care of me!

Very efficient, easy check in, courteous staff. Doctor or NP was wonderful- good listener and gave me the help I needed to recover from my chest infection. Wait was less than 10 minutes. I would go back and recommend to others. Thank you for being there for me!

I didn’t have to Wait, very long to be seen. My doctor was very Kind and understanding about the reason for my visit. She was very sympathetic and wrote a prescription for medication that will hopefully help me with my illness. The facility is just beautiful and and a very inviting place to be. ..even when you are sick!
