I have been visiting this particular branch for longtime. Everything is good but the provider wait is lobg. I meet with Dr Tara and I loved her. She was patiently listening, gave good dose of painkiller saw immediate effect. I loved her and lastly she is a very jovial doctor I felt

Don’t wast your time. Only one provider so imagine the wait and they ask you for lab test and they never tell you the result. And always prefer you to go the emergency room. Safe you money and time and go to the emergency room

Good interaction with staff and doctor, all very nice and professional. They implemented a save your place in line system to control busy times. New online process to complete first visit paperwork and other docs to save time while there. You can even check your place in line on mobile phone. My visit went smooth.

Made the first apporintment at 8:00 AM to save the waiting time. The nurse had to redo vitals numerous times. Left me in a room with an asthma flare up for an hour. Asked if I was going to be seen and was told she had an emergency she’ll be in soon, after looking and seeing all the walk-in appts had already been taken in and seen. Stay away

Came for a simple case of conjunctivitis for my 2 year old. Check in process was simple, I’d filled everything in before the appointment. Front desk staff is not super friendly but fine.
We were called back to a room fairly quickly where the vitals were taken but then we had to wait close to 30 mins for a provider to come and actually talk to us, then another 20+ mins for him to come back and tell us about a test result. There was hardly any other patients there so it’s unclear why we had to wait for so long.

I’d suggest looking into efficiency practices at this location. It shouldn’t take an hour plus of my time to receive simple care for pink eye.

Wow, Melisa at the front desk was very welcoming, helpful and kind. Not just to me but I seen how she was with every patient. Any questions and concerns I had she had answers and if she didn't she figured it out for me. Great job on picking Melisa, she's great!

The reception tried to deny me service because I didn't receive a link from the QR code after entering my initial information. I refused to download the app so the receptionist said if I didn't provide my health insurance I couldn't be seen and since I never received a link I couldn't give my health insurance info. I had my health insurance card and the receptionist refused to manually input my information on her desktop. The office tablet wasn't working so the only option was reception entering my information the old fashioned way and she refused several times and then finally did it. I've received health care all over the world including 3rd world countries. But somehow, this urgent care in Malden, Massachusetts was by far the worst and most hostile I've ever experienced.

Horrendous.... DO NOT COME IN THE AFTERNOON. Check-in is easy but they leave you in the waiting room for over an hour. Not to mention the 1.5 hour (minimum) wait in the lobby. If you must use this place come in when they open first thing in the morning.
