Staff was great!! However the waiting room has a lot to be desired… I actually went and waited in my car because it was gross. The chairs need replacing!! Floors swept
Maybe some housekeeping throughout the day to keep up with sanitary needs.
Definitely would recommend!! The NP was awesome…staff was friendly and wait was not bad at all.. very efficient!!

The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. From the front desk to the back clinical area. Everyone shows compassion and understanding for those who are sick in need of care.
I appreciate the way I was treated. I felt in good hands.
The wait seemed long, and there were alot of people waiting ahead of me yet, the staff kept a great flow of patient visits. I always choose this location. AFC is by far the best urgent care facility.

Person at the front desk is gonna assume if u actually need treatment or not without being a medical doctor. Then will shove u in the back of the line if they dont see anything severe enough wrong with you… had a reserved spot at 11:15 after i was told they couldn’t mri my chest (i didnt need an mri) my name was removed from the onine waitlist and multiple patients that arrived hours after me were being seen when the clinic has no appointments. I left and demanded a refund and am having a lawyer look into the practice

I chose this location because of the reviews. Other urgent care centers had 2 and 3 starts and negative comments. Easy to schedule and check the status of your visit via text, easy check in. Place was clean. I was checked in and seen promptly. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, down to earth, and kind. All of that is needed when you don't feel good!! From the front desk to the nurse and the doctor, all were great!

The staff here are ridiculously friendly and down to earth. They don't talk down to you cause they're intelligent doctors, or cause they're swamped with patients. From front desk, to nurse, to doctor, all extremely friendly, polite and just make you feel like you have their attention. It was my second visit here and am so happy I found a place that cares about their patients and treats them with respect and kindness and genuinely want to make you feel better.

The best urgent care in the area. I wish I could remember all of the wonderful staff members who have helped us there (Madeline, others, I’m just forgetting their names). You’ll seldom find a more welcoming, kind, sweet, accommodating front office staff at a doctor’s office. Everyone who works there really seem to care about people and making them comfortable. Kudos to whoever is doing the hiring and training at AFC. Some of the nicest folks I’ve met at one of these.

A doctor at this urgent care misdiagnosed me, and others that I know. In my case, the doctor said with utmost certainty what he thought I was experiencing, dismissed what I was saying, without testing, 2 years later I find that I was actually right and I was given the completely wrong and careless opinion. I would advise anyone to get 2nd opinions, and if your gut tells you something isn’t right, trust it. I gave it 2 stars because it was always quick to be seen by someone, and everyone was really nice. But the care and professionalism clearly isn’t here with the experience I had, and others I know had too.

Danielle and the staff were great. They took good care of me when my Primary Care couldn't get me in. Very thorough. I even scheduled another appointment while I was there and got my DOT Certification done. Highly recommend setting up the Solv App. Made everything a breeze. Also bilingual If that helps!!!!!
