I had such a great experience at Affinity Dental with Dr. Danica! I’d been dealing with pain and discomfort because my crown kept moving, and after two other dentists brushed off my concerns, Dr. Danica actually listened to me.

She took the time to remove the crown and check it out, and I was right—it was loose! She carefully cleaned everything, saved my tooth without needing to pull it, and gave me a new crown that fits perfectly. She even measured it like three times to make sure there were no gaps and that it wouldn’t move again.

Dr. Danica was super precise but also really kind. As someone whose first language isn’t English, it meant a lot that she truly listened and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. If you need a dentist who actually cares and takes your concerns seriously, I definitely recommend Dr. Danica at Affinity Dental!

I’ve been a patient here for a few years and have always received good care. Unfortunately, today’s experience was the worst. The dentist not once made eye contact with me and spoke to me from behind my head. When she did finally come to my side it was only to give me shot or when she began drilling, again with zero relational skills. She had the worst chair side manner I’ve ever experienced and this isn’t my first dental treatment nor crown. Procedures have included three gum grafts and two root canal’s, amongst many fillings. She did nothing but stoke fear versus create a calm, welcoming, nice atmosphere. Her hands were shaking as she used words inside my mouth with a drill, “this is dangerous”. She kept accusing me of closing my mouth but it was my tongue reflex due to the poor water suction from the hygienist who also did a poor job either not suctioning well enough or leaving the suction on my face. His communication skills were not much better. I felt like a slab of meat. Unfortunately, once I finish this treatment and my last cleaning I will be leaving Affinity Dental. Once the dentist finished she left the room abruptly and didn’t say a word. The hygienist continued to work as if I wasn’t even there while he prepared my temporary. This was by far the worst treatment I’ve ever received.
I’ve never complained in my life about a service or a procedure. I don’t even leave reviews, ever. For me to say anything it must have been bad.

Medically, 5 stars. Administratively ZERO stars! Affinity's appointment interval protocol is "6 months plus 1 day". My previous 2024 appointment was 7/2/2024 (due to "date creep" Affinity told me it could not be end June, 2024). Based on Affinity protocol, my next appointment could not have been until 2025. HOWEVER, my dental insurance protocol is "2 per year", not "every 6 months". In October I discussed this with Merna, Affinity's manager. She confirmed that with Liberty Dental and agreed that a December, 2024, prophylaxis would be covered. In addition, I have that agreement IN WRITING from Liberty. HOWEVER, when I checked in yesterday morning I was told this 12/27/2024 prophylaxis was NOT covered and would cost me $125. I STRENUOUSLY objected and provided the written agreement from Liberty. When I was told that Merna was the one who determined that it was NOT covered, I was really angry since it was she who agreed that it was. If Affinity continues to demand that I pay the $125 for this visit, I will not only NOT PAY! I will FIRE Affinity and file suit charging FRAUD!

I love this dentist office. The work is excellent and the people are great. I drive quite a way to ge there but I think its worth it.

Pleased with the service as always, even with having to reschedule my appointment a couple of times due to issues on their end I was kept informed of the details as to why
It was happening which makes all the difference in the world from a patient’s point of view(also this has never happened before in the 10+ years I’ve been coming here). Michelle was excellent as she always is in servicing my implants.

dental needs. They are on it ! From teeth cleaning to Crowns. Doctors, Office personnel , Hygienist,
