I visited Affinity today because I believed that the humidifier on my CPAP machine was not functioning properly. I was met very courteously by Tyler as I entered the store and he expertly examined my machine and tested it. He made a few adjustments to some settings and explained why the machine was performing the way it was and how then how I could make adjustments in the future if needed. No charge for his time and effort. I really appreciated the great service!

I have got to tell everyone about Justin! I have loved coming into the equipment company since before I retired from Hospice. I came into the store and purchased what I came for, and for whatever reason, I left the store without my change. I got a call while preparing dinner and was told I'd left my change!! What!!! Who does that?!!!! Justin waited after hours so I could go back and get my money!!! Justin, I am grateful, and I so appreciate you. Yes, for my DME needs, it's going to be AFFINITY!!

I have been dealing with this store for a few years and everyone, especially Jenny are exceptional at their jobs. Their customer service is spot on. Customer service is a big thing where I work and we always get compliments on it. Seeing another company providing exceptional customer service is nice to see in today's world. I had an emergency … my Driver Nitro walker buckled (my fault) … I can’t get around without it … I called Affinity, where I had bought it a few years ago, to ask if they could get it fixed for me. Matt was very helpful … said to come in because they would have to look at it and mentioned a loaner. He took my name and phone number and since he left before I could get there, he made sure others were aware of my issue. When I arrived, Tyler wound up helping me. He came out to my car and unloaded my walker … saw the problem and said that he would check if they had the replacement parts to fix my walker. He mentioned the cost to fix it. Then he took it inside and immediately fixed it and got me a discount since I had bought my walker from them. Tyler was so polite, helpful and just plain awesome!!!! Thank everyone at Affinity for always treating me so wonderfully!!! Their products are top notch and fair priced and I highly recommend Affinity for your medical equipment requirements … I had also bought a few additional items from them over the past few years.

We unfortunately have recently had to rent two items- one rather last minute and also trouble shoot a walker setup for safety. Each time this company is more than helpful and a big shout out to Matthew for getting us the Sit to Stand device so quickly for safety concerns. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of medical supplies- helpful, items are clean and without issues.

Jenny was delightful from the moment I called and helped within minutes to secure a wheelchair for my mom. It was delivered on time, in excellent condition, and the rental price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Affinity for all your medical equipment needs.
